Juan and his team are extremely reliable, meticulous, but more than that, really care about their craft. My husband is definitely way more informed than I am when it comes to car care and according to him, for it to done correctly and to get the best results, detailing  cars needs a knowledge base of the craft, the proper tools and chemicals, and above all else, patience and attention to detail. If you care to know, they use CarPro products, (which car lovers say are the absolute best) and completely decontaminated water with a built-in reverse osmosis system (to mitigate water spots). Juan and his team took off the wheels from the car (they have a lift in their gorgeous downtown shop).
