The jeans are still not what I asked for. I had to contact The store owner, Steven, who told me he would only give me a refund if I give him a 5 star review on Google and Yelp. I agreed. He gave me a check with a refund for the service and the jeans and he also kept the jeans. I deposited the check then he called the bank and put a stop payment on the check & revoked the funds. BEWARE!!! The WORST…read moreexperience I have ever had. I brought 4 suits in to be tailored and dry cleaned. I only asked that my jackets be taken in around the waist. The women had me try on the jacket for her while she pinned it back along the stitching. It looked fine while pinned so I approved. I returned a week later to pick up my suits and when I tried them on the sleeves were about an inch shorter than before. I pointed out the problem and at first they denied altering the sleeves. Then they said, ok, we will fix it. About 2 hours later I receive a phone call telling me they refuse to fix the sleeves. They deny ever touching the sleeves to begin with. They tried to get me to pay MORE money to have the sleeves lengthened when they messed them up in the first place. Long story short, they ruined 4 of my suits and refused to fix it. I realized it didn't register the first quarter. I went to another machine and it did the same thing. When I told the worker, she had an attitude. she went to get quarters and put them in the machine . Think about it. If every machine steals a quarters from every person that uses it everyday, every week , every month , every year. they make thousands from your little quarter.
