If you ever have the occasion to actually find either of their ATMs functioning, you'll be lucky to get enough bills out of it. Pathetic credit union. Drive-through is a problem and the ATMs are down more than the function. How hard is it for crying out loud, it's a credit union and that's what their job is. read more

I am fed up businesses doing everything in their power to not answer their telephone. What kind of customer service do you have when you can't even answer the phone for a potential customer who has a question? I am not interested in talking to your stupid robots or your AI artificial ignorance. I had $144,000 cashiers check for a certificate of deposit (CD) that is now going to go to another financial institution because you wouldn't answer your phone all day yesterday. You sent me everywhere in cyber world except to a human. You not answering your phone was a red flag ...and I listened. It looks like your reviews suck as well. YOU.... will now be connected to my middle finger. read more

I have had several accounts here for many years including auto loans. They have competitive rates and good customer service.

Have been customer of theirs since 1983 and they have been great to deal with. Never have a problem with them and when someone hack my account they told every step to make sure my money was safe and explained how that could happen. Very happy with the Credit Union. read more

If I could give zero starts I would! Let me state that the credit union used it o be a wonderful place to bank! But somehow in the last 5 years they've had a huge employee turn over and less than stellar service. The tellers (with the exception of 2 of them) or horribly rude! When my account was compromised they told me there was nothing they could do. They've frozen my checking account in multiple occasions when I've had money in it. It is exasperating! I've limited my banking with them and switched to another bank. read more

Been a member for decades. Then all this on-line stuff started. On-line is great if it works all the time. I use on-line banking once a month, but each time the system says my user name and/or password doesn't work. Very frustrating. Every month I have to call and have MCCCU reset my password. What the hell good is on-line banking if I have to call-in every month to reset my password? read more

If I could give them less than one star I would. I am beyond fed up with this bank and the rude employees and rude customer service. I have had an account there for well over 10 years. I have 3 loans thru them. On a Wednesday I can set up say my house payment to come out on Friday. I get paid Thursday so the money will be there when it comes out, but they charge me overdraft fees on "pending" payments. Account will never get in the negative, but I'll have 3 overdraft charges on my account. This happens religiously. Most recently, I got a loan for a motorcycle. It took them 1 1/2 months to get me the payoff letter. Once I got it, and transferred the title, somehow the lien wasn't put on it. They kept calling wanting a copy. I get that they need the copy, but I work 6 days per week, 12 hour days, so sitting at the S.O.S. for 2 hours isn't at the top of my priority list. Mind you I've made the 3 payments on time so far and have never missed a payment on my other 2 loans. So this weekend I go to Cleveland for my nephew's wedding. I try to get gas and my debit card won't work. I had a little cash, so I used that. Tried to check into hotel and debit card is denied again. At this point I have no money, no food, no place to stay. I call MCCCU and I get told "we've been trying to get a copy of your title, so your account is frozen until we get it." I explain my predicament to the rude lady and she says, "I don't know what to tell you. Your account is frozen until we get the title." At this point I have no option but to turn around and go home. Which brings us to today. I sit at the SOS for 2 hours waiting. They say if it was their fault, it was, it's free to add the lien, but will take a day or two. Or, I could pay $20 to get an instant title. Well my account is still frozen so that's out. I then take the title to MCCCU, sign the paper for her to take it to the SOS and have the lien put on and give her the title. I ask if my account will be unfrozen. She says, "not until the lien is on it." YOU HAVE THE TITLE. YOU HAVE THE SIGNED PAPER TO ADD THE LIEN, AND YOU HAVE MY ACCOUNT STILL FROZEN! I left and went to Huntington Bank and opened an account. I'm done with MCCCU. They had no legal right to freeze my account. All my accounts are current and in good standing. Transferring everything to Huntington, filling a complaint with the Federal Reserve and never looking back. read more

Dont try to get a loan unless you have perfect credit and very minimal debt, they wont help.

It's a good credit union. I like it. Good rates, friendly staff. Dealt with management a few times and they did a good job. I recommend them. Just wish the max ATM withdrawal was higher and don't care for the fees with the new website or no longer having a mobile app. May switch to another credit union I'm looking at down the road. read more
