The program is for children who already know Japanese, and is not for those who are just starting to learn Japanese as a beginner. The costs are $450 as an entrance fee. The fees then vary from $2,940 to $4,077 per year depending upon the level. A listing in Japanese is below. 入学金 $450 1) 幼児部 $2,940 2) 初等部 $2,415 3) 中等部 $4,077 4) 高等部 $4,785 Here is a link for those interested. Again, it is a school for children who are already fluent in Japanese, and not a place to start learning the language. https://www.jwsny.org/pdfs/document/2024schoolguide.pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com

This is for the children who are already fluent enough to study IN Japanese. It is not a language school to study Japanese. They cover the same curriculum (only Japanese language art and math) as the ones in Japan. They have kindergarten through 12th grade. Many students in 1st - 3rd grades, but fewer in upper grades. Most of the time, the school is until 12:50PM, but every now and then it is until 3:10PM. They also have some activities related to Japanese cultures. My kids' friends are going there and they all love it even though they do not like the fact they have to go to school on Saturdays.
