The dot is the lightest area of the tire from the manufacture to assist in balancing the wheel. So I look for weights on my wheel and there is none. I had to take it to another tire place to have it balanced. It took 4oz of weights. It hard to believe that I have to baby sit a tire store on how to install and balance a tire. Now I'm not sure if I even have Nitrogen in it.. Never to return

They way over charge almost double on some parts and way over charge the labor by telling you it will take hours more than necessary...if it takes hours more than anywhere else would take get rid of your garbage dumb mechanic or eat the cost of time you con artists. I've modified my own demolition derby cars and driven them! I've done my own brakes! I've changed my own oil a million times! I've had jobs ordering and delivering parts and paint to shops in high school(WNY), college(TX), and grad school(Long Island)! Don't look at me with a Coach purse, makeup, and long nails and ASSume I'm a clueless female that's an easy mark to overcharge like that... it's not happening because I'm going elsewhere. I saved $675 by getting my parts from Randolph Auto Supply and having them delivered to Tuneys in Kennedy instead. B&B auto in Randolph also quoted $600 less than Bouch's too while using Auto Zone for the parts. The other job Bouch's quoted ~$700. West Herr VW in Williamsville did it for $520.37(I have the receipt next to me on my desk while I write this) and WHVW gave me a loaner new Jetta while they waited for the parts to come in! Every place around was closed but I was staying in Olean for the time being so I had my car towed here. I seen this placed worked on foreign cars so I thought this would have been my best bet. I stopped by there Monday morning to let them know it was my car and what was going on with it. He said he had appointments to get to first and then he would take a look at it. Not a problem at all as I understand this. I called again Tuesday morning to see if there were any updates and see if he knew what was wrong with it yet, he started yelling at me over the phone saying that I was not giving him enough time to work on it and he wasn't expecting it (like it was my choice my car broke down and wouldn't start) and to have it towed somewhere else. So I did and got it fixed that same day even though there were "other appointments". People who know what they are doing can fix repairs or at the very least diagnose a car very quick. To top it off he even had the nerve to charge me a diagnostic fee and wouldn't release my vehicle to the tow truck company until it was paid although he could not tell me what was wrong with it. There for he did not diagnose anything. Horrible customer service skills and clearly horrible work skills as he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Do NOT bring your vehicle here!

Since my mother couldn't afford the third tire at the moment, she advised them to change the original two. When she picked the car up, Walmart had changed two tires, but the donut tire was still on the car. How can a professional leave the absolute worst tire on the car and change two others while blaming it on the customer? I'd think it's 100% obvious when someone pulls a car into the bay with a donut wheel on it which tire the customer without a doubt needs replaced. They took advantage of a nice old lady.

Took it into a…read moredifferent shop who quoted me $750 to replace the hoses where the leaking was, figured I'd call around and shop for prices, Robs Riverside quoted $500 (if that was the problem and if everything went smoothly, which I completely understood)I was thrilled to save money, they were SUPER accommodating when I had to reschedule last minute. When I brought the car in they were able to fix it for $182 with replacing a hose and cleaning off my back tire which made a new noise when I drove it to the shop, I am SUPERR appreciative of the care they took to my older car and the price was amazing. The car ended up making it all the way to Buffalo and back a few hours later Super friendly staff and I will definitely be going back
