When I bought the vehicle it had a…read morereoccurring and documented problem, the "dealer" ( more of a dishonest lying con-artist) made all kinds of promises to fix the documented reoccurring problem. It gives you completely opposite direction of where you're going and says your in another state. After he purchased the truck he went away on a business trip and we were not able to get the truck up there. I took it there today and they wanted to charge us $1600 to replace the radio because they couldn't reflash the navigation and then gave attitude when you questioned them about warranty. The service man stated they only give 1 month warranty on issues like this. When questioned about factory warranty they had no response. They proceeded to say that Ram has had an ongoing issue with the radio and when we said if it's a continued issue why would we replace it for $1600 and it may not work in a month and the serviceman said "well so it works." I'm sorry but after spending $50,000 on a truck and they treat their customers like this we will NEVER buy another vehicle from them. Furthermore we will be taking it to another respectful dealership when it needs any work my husband can't do.

Purchased a vehicle on 12-23-21 from Dave on payment plan. 6 months later I get my first( of 4)…read moreletters from DMV stating they could not issue me a title for my vehicle because of a discrepancy in the mileage. His mileage was lower than the mileage stated when he bought it. I took this letter to him and he said he would take care of it. Approximately 1 month later I received my 2 nd letter from the DMV stating the exact same thing. I took that letter to him also. He said he was working on it. By the time I got the 3 rd and the 4 th I had given up with him. And started seeking help else where. On 12-23-22 I was involved in a vehicle accident. Needing my title asap for insurance. So I had no choice but to go back to him once again. Come to find out he had did nothing to correct this problem. I had to go to the Mayor and senates office to get this done. And because of his mileage discrepancy I lost my warranty. And had to pay for work done on it. If I could give this a 0 star I would. And my vehicle was totaled and because of his screw up and neglect to fix it when I asked this held up my insurance pavement for 2 month which included his pay off. And he has the nerve to charge me late fees.

When my fiancé spoke with the General Manager, Nick Luther he was rude, condescending and very dishonest . This all happened because my fiancé gave Emerling a #3 on their Madallia survey. I personally wanted to originally wanted to go to one of Carl Emerling's dealerships because my brother in law always bought his vehicles from his dealerships (Gowanda Ford). Now the General Manager Nick Luther said they were not associated with Gowanda Ford which is untrue. The General manager told my fiance that because of the rating he gave then Nick Luther no longer wanted to do business with us, and took it upon himself to cancel our next service appointment May 1st. Never known a service business to do such a thing!! Also, Mr.Nick Luther thinks it's okay to discriminate against senior citizens because he doesn't like a review. I would think Mr. Carl Emerling would be worried about losing business with a General Manager like Nick Luther. You know what they say word of mouth can make or break your business. I will certainly never do business with them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I've had countless repairs done by the service department. I can give 100% confidence in satisfaction. I believe in giving credit and commendation where it is due and Emerling is at the top of that list!!!!!!
