When we brought it up to them they claimed we purchased it "as-is" so that was our issue now. The car also had been in a front-end collision that had not been reported by the original owner but you can easily tell if you did any kind of inspection on the motor. After buying it in November, we were able to put 4,500 miles on it before we started having issues. Because we live so far from the dealership, we had to take it to our local Subaru dealer who told us it had so many missing parts and modified parts, they could not even look at it if they wanted to. They told us we would have to take it to a specialty shop so we did and then 6 months and $10,000 later we finally got our car back with a brand new motor and turbo. We even went so far as to contact BBB with the hopes the dealership would help us out, to which they did everything in their power to blame us for THEIR car being a hunk of junk. They claimed that in 4,500 miles, we were able to completely destroy a turbo and melt/crack every piston head in our engine. Mind you, this was a 2015 Subaru WRX. DONT COME HERE! TURN AROUND!

After purchasing a brand new…read moredodge 3500 diesel pickup, a recall came out and a 1.6 billion dollar lawsuit from the EPA-that these vehicles were shipped without a particulate matter sensor system. The vehicle started throwing codes at 5000 miles. Once the recall was completed, the vehicle continued to throw codes 2459 nonstop and then go into limp mode ( highly unsafe) After seven visits to the dealershi within 3 months and , them changing the same sensor and filters, the problem continued. After complaining, the technician stripped the cap to the fuel filters and a temporary one had to be placed in order to get it back to the dealership. The technician then took a picture and sent it to star who is their advisor and said it voids the warranty. Now they are no longer covering the same problem since the beginning. Of course they recommend changing the whole fuel system ( now not covered ) That could cost over $25,000. Do not purchase this make or model. Not Only can the dealership not figure out the problem, but takes it out on the customer who has to continue to bring it back week after week after week. The most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. 0 stars and highly NOT RECOMMENDED dealership. Save yourself the headache at this dealership and go ELSEWHERE!
