One of my friends wanted to go in to buy a plain black cardigan, which she was correct in thinking she would find, and we ended up spending like an hour shopping and browsing. The store was huge and well stocked, with tons of clothing and accessories, as well as an enormous pharmacy and cosmetics area. I thought about picking up some Caudalie and La Roche-Posay products, which were very cheap, but decided against it to avoid checking my bag going home. Joke was one me when I had to check it anyway, and barely made my flight because I hadn't accounted for that extra chunk of time. Buying a bunch of French skincare would've saved me a little bit of stress. I did get a French nasal spray on the recommendation of my friend who lives in Paris. I bought it for my perpetually congested husband, who was home watching the kids. It was the only souvenir I brought him from my trip (though I did get a Diptyque candle for the house), and I actually used it first when I caught a cold last month. I can at least attest that it worked quite well. The Monoprix was bustling, but check-out was easy and quick. I left with my nasal spray, and my friend did get her black cardigan. If you're looking to score some well priced French products, this place is definitely worth checking out. And if you're on the fence about that Caudalie Beauty Elixir, just go ahead and treat yourself.

I came in here to buy three of the 1L Lipton Ice Tea bottles with the 2+1 offer, a fantastic offer as it means each bottle works at 1.10 euros, this is compared to the average price of 1.9 - 2.9 euros at regular retail stores across Paris for a bottle half the size, a bargain - plus the variety of flavours is great, many of which we don't have in the UK. It's a shame they don't have the Watermelon and Mint flavour, which they have at Monoprix Beaugrenelle for example. Most of the staff seemed friendly, however, at times their product knowledge was questionable and they were unable to suggest a single product which could help with my sunburn from their small cream and cosmetic section. They have a freshly squeezed orange machine and in most places prices are reasonable, the fact it is open late when many other nearby stores close a few hours earlier is also really handy, I wish I knew about this place for my first nights in Paris where I had to buy milk from McDonald's at extortionate pricing. I do think the checkouts are a little odd, and it is easy to walk out of the store and then struggle to find the checkouts, at night they have fewer checkouts on which again is understandable as there are fewer people in the store but I still found it harder to checkout on multiple occasions.

I fell in love at every turn from the moment we stepped through the door. I picked up gifts for myself, my nephew, and a friend at work. I'm not into the shopping but I was here to admire the architecture since there was parts of their glass and ironwork done by Gustave Eiffel. Great choices at this location…read more Left to right, innocent brand one of best flavor for me is the one for energy, the revitalise flavor of innnect is ok and is more of the berries side of taste, the vache a boire taste like a yogurt drink in texture, not bad but not my fan of texture to drink. The milka wafer almost taste like ores for my first thought since outside of white chocolate and inside is chocolate. This comes with each wafer being wrapped inside. Chocolate outside and when you bite it is a wafer. The bonne maman is good and really sweet, the texture of somewhat crunchy and inside fruit texture adds to the sweetness. The Cote D'OR is good, crunchy with nuts and then fruit inside mixed in the choco.
