I am sorry to say that I had a very bad experience with the quality of pictures that were delivered to me. I hired Monocle Project to take pics of a home for real estate purposes. For reference, the owners do not live locally - they hire freelance photographers in your assigned area to do their photography projects. In retrospect, this was my mistake because it's best to give your business to local merchants in case there is a problem. Unfortunately, they sent a very young and inexperienced photographer to take pics of the home. All pictures were super overexposed or super underexposed. TERRIBLE quality! Pictures were completely unusable and had to resort to another company to do the job. The cost of this mistake was over $1,500 - DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Jasmin and Ryan are like the A-Team for photography. We used the Monocle Project for our 5 year wedding anniversary photo session in the Palm Desert. Since day one, Jasmin provided prompt and detailed communication. Their online gallery is helpful to check out their work and view the different landscapes in which they've provided photography. Due to weather, we had to change our location the day of our photo session, however, both Ryan and Jasmin helped us select an alternative keeping in mind the type of desert landscape we were seeking. They were so responsive, supportive, understanding, expeditious, but most important, the photos were beautiful. The attention to detail was impressive. They noticed one of the buttons on my shirt was undone. I needed a magnifying glass to see it after they brought it to my attention. Jasmin and Ryan were/are amazing! They are artists and have an undeniable passion for their craft... I mean the two of them have designed their own camera holsters so that they can have 2-3 cameras at the ready so that they have the right camera for whatever shot presents itself. Ryan was great with me and my guys... he effectively herded a group of semi-drunk cats and produced some awesome shots all while making sure that we were where we needed to be because the wedding was running 45 minutes late. Most importantly though is their use of light that makes them so very good. Both Ryan and Jasmin capture the emotion and action or stillness or whatever of every moment they capture... the work the produced for my wife and me of our wedding, reception and after party are quite remarkable. They are both so very easy to work with and are just good people to hang out with (your photographer is with and around you all day so it helps immensely if you like him/her). Hmm, where do I start with how amazing these photographers are! Not only are they professional and personable during the actual photoshoot process, but they are amazing leading up to and after the shoot also. I am the most non photogenic person I know and am incredibly nervous and shy whenever a camera is around. I had simply called to ask a question before booking, and Jasmin was SO amazing. We ended up speaking forever, like old freinds catching up so seamlessly. She never made me feel rushed or anything. She was so informative and such a great listener.
