After this she provided clear pricing tiers and I felt like I had so much autonomy in what I was paying for. Throughout the planning process Ashley was a great resource and she pivoted many times tk make sure we had everything captured before the ceremony started. Then came the wedding weekend. And Ashley outperformed even what I was expecting. We opted to have her at our rehearsal dinner and I cannot recommend this enough. Having her getting to know the key players in our wedding day was so helpful. All of our family and friends talked about how much they loved getting to talk with her and get nice family portraits during this time. However, when I reached out to Jasmin, she was super accommodating with our timeline and helpful in suggesting locations where we could shoot. Jasmin was extremely responsive to all of my messages, and such a pleasure to work with. Our photographer on the day of, Daniel, was wonderful too! We loved how the photos turned out! For reference, the owners do not live locally - they hire freelance photographers in your assigned area to do their photography projects. In retrospect, this was my mistake because it's best to give your business to local merchants in case there is a problem. Unfortunately, they sent a very young and inexperienced photographer to take pics of the home. All pictures were super overexposed or super underexposed. TERRIBLE quality! Pictures were completely unusable and had to resort to another company to do the job. The cost of this mistake was over $1,500 - DO NOT RECOMMEND!

While she offers many packages she is able to create custom packages as well to fit your needs. I was was worried that we werent able to get a good photographer based on our budget, and I know that photographers are part of the most expensive aspect of a wedding because of quality. But everyone I had looked at prior, would have charged me DOUBLE for HALF the time if not more. Sydney understands and works hard to give you what you want. She is professional, but also fun. She obsesses over detail, and loves to be creative. She is prompt with communication and answering any questions you have. I opted for a boudior photoshoot to gift my husband with on the day of the wedding, Sydney Drove all the way to Los Angeles and shot a very classy and tasteful spread at a very cool studio. The whole ordeal took about 2 hours and the photos where flawless. When the wedding came around, Sydney drove all the way up to my wedding venue in Los Alamos, which is about 4 hours drive from her office location. And her travel fee was affordable too. I can't believe this girl. She brought her bff Natae to shoot videography of the event. Natae was a sweetheart and another badass whom I felt completely comfortable with. Time flew by during the wedding, and my husband and I were pulled in so many directions by the Coordinator and guests. Sydney would not leave until she felt she captured as many photos of us as possible. She refused to allow us to not have more choices. So she waited until we had a chance to get some more photos! I have never heard of any photographer who would stay behind to make sure everything possible could be captured. She wanted to be sure we were happy, and is so detail oriented, she wouldnt leave until she was satisfied with the photos taken. Its only been about 2 weeks and I am already getting sneek peeks of the photos. I am obsessed and cannot wait to see the rest! I 100 million percent reccomend Sydney Contois Photography and Videography to capture your special day.

Kyle was truly great to work with on my proposal photoshoot. He was already experienced with the…read morelocation I wanted to do the proposal and was able to offer helpful advice on how to make things go smoothly. He listened attentively to my vision for the proposal, which was to have the moment feel as private and candid as possible. He was able to deliver on that perfectly by staying hidden and shooting on a zoom lens from far enough away that my girlfriend (now fiancée!) didn't even notice he was there until well after the ring was on. In the remainder of the time we had booked him for, he guided us through a session with various different poses and lighting, and we got some really dramatic and memorable shots! Finally, Kyle worked really quickly to get us our edited photos, and we were even able to opt for a selection of the photos to be delivered the same day so we could use them to announce the good news to our family and closest friends.
