From giving specific driving directions via cell phone as I approached her studio, to choosing an airbrush artist fully capable of relating to the individual photo subjects, to creating a comfortable atmosphere in her home studio, Melanie is a class act and a true professional. The other subject I met that day were equally taken with the idea and the execution of each shoot. Second photo shoot was my product (not her chosen focus, but she excelled nonetheless), since I needed several high-resolution shots to use on my website and in my print brochure. I felt that Melanie totally understood how to capture images that showed off my product's best qualities. She asked a few questions about how I wanted to use the images, suggested some settings that she thought would do just that, then got right to work. Jacey was so accommodating when we had to reschedule day of when my daughter worsened. The day of the reschedule came and she really captured my vision for this shoot with the location and my 2 outfit changes. We've have had a handful of shoots from engagement, our wedding, maternity to newborn and this was one of the easiest and most enjoyable shoots we've had. We were done shooting in a little over an hour, with a toddler (huge win!). Jacey showed me one photo on her camera the day of with no edits and I just knew they were gonna be gorgeous.
