(No apology, they were all "emergencies", she said the universe is probably testing me). Our first session was a YouTube Naturescape, and she went through the seven singing bowls. The second session was a 30 minute YouTube guided meditation, and no singing bowls. After that 2nd session, Lauren told me that I needed to purchase a $4258 crystal that I could then return later for a refund but that I needed to purchase it to continue with the sessions. I declined, I just wanted the 4 sessions I had prepaid for. She told me that she could not finish our sessions unless I purchased that crystal. This was on Feb 20. Today it is June 5, and every week she promises me a refund next week and I still have not received it. Please see attached text message screenshots. I honestly felt really disrespected and pressured by the whole experience, and I wouldn't recommend her as a reiki practitioner. In hindsight, I feel that I was totally scammed.

I highly recommend Bill's Appliance and would call them first in the future. I worked in Information Technology for almost 40 years; people always ask me to fix their computers. While all computers are basically the same, they all have their idiosyncrasies. Sometimes it's difficult to determine the problem and it's always difficult to tell someone the bad news if the problem is significant. Two very polite and professional men arrived to diagnose the problem which I appreciate. One person supplied the tools to the other so that one person wasn't constantly getting up and down; made the job go more quickly. In my case, the problem was not simple to find and it was good that there were two technicians who could discuss possibilities. My dryer indicator lights suggested it was good to go, but would not start. The technicians methodically checked and tested each of the components from the most common issue to the less common. The common issues tested fine. When they went to test the control module, the on-board diagnostics would not work. They could have stopped there and said the control module was bad (this would have been easy for them and expensive for me), but instead they took the time to actually get to and inspect the control module. There was nothing obviously wrong with it (no leaky capacitors or burn marks). They reassembled the unit and I was prepared for them to tell me they would have to order a new module, but they gave the dryer one more test and it worked fine... there must have been some kind of a bad connection on the module. Regardless of the outcome, these folks did terrific, trustworthy work and I was glad I called them.

I called Carmichael and rushed my computer over to see if they could give it CPR or put it on life support. No such luck. RIP. Everyone at this company was so helpful and tried everything they could. In the end they amazed me by letting me know that they actually were able to recover almost everything from my hard drive. This was a miracle. I was able to purchase a computer and have it shipped to me and put everything back on the new one. It's like it never happened. Carmichael saved me from disaster. If you have any computer problems do not hesitate. Run or drive really fast over here and let them help you. Prices are also really great.
