For both jobs, our initial ideas were not what we ended up with, as D'Amico's input smoothed out the rough edges of what we had envisioned. During the week and a-half that the Sedillo men worked on repairs to the outside and inside of my house, I saw first-hand their professional expertise, their commitment to precision and careful workmanship with full attention to minute details, and their ability to solve seemingly unsolvable problems. I also felt treated with respect and honesty, both financially and in their quality of workmanship, and was therefore able to rest easy at night. These are just some of the reasons why I trust and highly respect the Sedillo Company. I highly recommend the Sedillo Company, and I would hire them again for any project!

The tile and fixture suppliers that he recommended are excellent, his advice helped us save a good amount of money on the vanity surface, and the construction workers on the job -- the Sedillo crew members as well as specialty subcontractors -- were all skilled craftsmen. They worked efficiently, kept disruptions to a minimum, cleaned up after themselves every day, and obviously take pride in the quality of their work. Even though the eight-week schedule for demolition and construction spanned the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays, the project was completed on time. The result exceeds our expectations. The bathroom is beautiful, for which we have to thank Daniel, company co-owner Kate Sedillo, and their fine crew.

They arrived on time every day, fully equipped with everything they needed, and showed great care for my home. Floors and nearby furniture were carefully covered, and my personal belongings were treated with respect at all times. Their attention to detail truly shows in the quality of their work. The crew was polite, professional, and respectful, and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. They were also willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They painted my fireplace and all of my doors and did an absolute amazing job . After a series of house-related traumas, a major plumbing incident left us with well over a dozen…read morelarge holes and cutouts in the drywall across several rooms - on walls, ceilings, in cabinets, under the kitchen sink, over the hot water heater, you name it --caused by plumbers trying to locate hidden pipes and manifolds. After so many things going wrong and overwhelming surprises, we felt shell-shocked and uncertain about how to restore our home to a livable condition. Because the repairs would need to be paid out of pocket rather than covered by insurance, it added an extra layer of stress and despair to the entire situation. A friend recommended Reynolds Painting, but we still wanted to cast a wide net and get multiple estimates, given the scope of the damage and the limits of our extremely prohibitive budget. There were other professionals who turned us down outright. They were not confident they could make the repairs without the results being visibly noticeable, even admitting they didn't want to take on a job with so many tricky cuts and patches. Everyone agreed that the types of repairs we needed would require someone with superior skills, and they just didn't want to risk their time or reputations when they couldn't guarantee we would be happy. Then we met Jason from Reynolds Painting. From the start, Jason was calm, reassuring, and confident --exactly what we needed after such a stressful experience. He saw the many challenges of our situation and didn't flinch. Instead, he presented a reasonably priced estimate for the work, and he and his team delivered results that can only be described as outstanding. They repaired every hole--even a few we weren't aware of until after the initial estimate--and left the walls and ceilings looking flawless. You honestly cannot tell there has ever been any damage. What stood out just as much as the craftsmanship was Jason's hands-on approach and genuine investment in ensuring the experience was positive for us. He checked in regularly to make sure the work was up to his high standards. You can tell he truly cares--not just about the final product, but also about his team and his clients. He fosters a positive environment for his employees, giving them both support and autonomy, which clearly reflects in the quality of the work and the mutual respect displayed by everyone. Reynolds Painting is a family-run business that takes pride in doing things right. The repairs were completed efficiently and to perfection, communication was consistent, and everything was done at a fair price. We're incredibly happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reynolds Painting to anyone. If you're looking for exceptional drywall repair (or painting services) and want to work with people who genuinely care-- call Jason at Reynolds Painting. We could not be more pleased!

I wish I could give him five stars for the craftsmanship, our hardwood came out looking great!…read more However, with that said, I agree with the long review below, not sure about his unlicensed contractor, however, our project came out to be $4000 above quoted price. This is a very big deal, if we did not have the budget, we would not have been able to pay. He always picks up his phone, however not an efficient communicator. The only reason I am not making a huge deal, is because the final price came out to be around the same amount, maybe just a few hundred higher, and then our other quotes we were given. He did the carpet in our house as well. I did not experience missed appointments with him, as others have. He always showed up early, or on time to all of the appointments we had with him. Again, was very easy to get a hold of. I really wish he had quoted me correctly, he forgot a lot of things (cost to remove the old floor, concrete costs, various other labor costs.). I don't feel he is trying to cheat us, mostly disorganized. If you are like us, and got a too good to be true quote from Tom, make sure you ask him to break everything down, make sure he didn't forget thousands of dollars worth of labor. That's exactly what happened to us. Overall happy with our floor, not so much with this business.

The interior paint needed a lot of TLC. The project scope included wallpaper removal, drywall repairs, and whole house interior paint. We received bids from several paint companies and we are VERY PLEASED we selected Mircetich Painting. From bid to final walk through, owner Kris Mircetich was with us every step of the way. He took a personal interest in our project. We had schedule delays and Kris adjusted. Our flooring specialist needed baseboards painted and Kris accommodated. We initially thought beams needed to be painted because they were stained, but Kris found a solution to keep the natural wood look as the home was originally designed. For every issue, Kris proposed alternatives and/or helped facilitate coordination. Simply put; Kris just finds a way to get things done. We know his crew was working at least three other jobs along with ours. Kris is friendly, honest, communicates well, and is on time. You can count on his crew to properly prepare surfaces (clean, fill, patch, texture as well as remove mirrors, socket/switch plates, etc.) before painting. His wasn't the least expensive bid, but also wasn't the most expensive and he does quality work! THANK YOU Kris. We appreciate all you did for us!
