Yuri and her team were AMAZING to work with. They were prompt, informative, and stayed in communication with me from start to finish. The chair set-up went smoothly, and they followed what I asked for (despite me not having someone there the whole time while they set up). I got a basic chair style since we had a casual outdoor ceremony, and I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful they were! The price point was great for the chairs, delivery, and set-up/breakdown. The booking process was easy, the rental prices were competitive, and Jeff was great to work with. He communicated with me via text throughout the entire process: booking, delivery, and pickup, which I appreciated because I never had to wonder what was going on. The tables and chairs were exactly what I expected: clean, functional, and showing only normal wear and tear. No surprises, no damaged items, no last-minute headaches. Delivery and pickup both occurred within the stated timeframes, which made event planning one less thing to worry about. Sometimes you don't need anything fancy. You just need someone to show up when they say they will, provide what was promised, and make the process easy. That's exactly what happened here. I'll definitely be renting from Jeff again for future events.

I booked with Little Rental Co. over a year before my wedding. I can't begin to describe how sweet…read morethey are. I met them at a small event where I could see some of their inventory in action. Not only was it vintage, unique and well executed, but Ali and her mom were the nicest people I've ever met. They were so genuine, kind, helpful, open, and creative. They wanted to know all about my wedding plans and ideas and made me feel like I was their best friend just chatting about wedding planning. I was in contact with Ali on and off during planning and she was incredible. We met for coffee to go over ideas, she came out to the venue to make sure her ideas coordinated with the florist's (we were using her arch and the florist was putting a floral piece on it); she even helped me with a few things that were not in her job description when I had some issues with other vendors, which was so thoughtful and she gave great advice. She was communicative and responsive in her E-mails and she even went so far as to test some of her barrels in her back yard to make sure they'd be made level on the uneven ground of our venue. When it came to the day of (5.19.18) the set ups were AMAZING. Ali, her husband and her mother all came out to set up and everything looked so beautiful. She understood the look I was going for executed it perfectly. We got lawn games, a lounge package, wine barrels to act as cocktail tables mixed in with the lawn games, an adorable ladder of blankets for the guests to keep warm (appropriately named the "Keep Warm Package"), a antique table for memorial photos, and the arch for the ceremony. Our guests raved about the attention to detail that they put in. My coordinator informed me later on that during set up, some of the small stands I provided to hold up a few memorial photos weren't supporting the weight, so they went to CVS to pick up other ones and before doing so, checked with my coordinator to see if she or the other vendors to see if they needed anything. This might seem like a small thing, but to me, and my coordinator, it set them over the edge for going above and beyond. They really cared about helping to make the event as a whole work well, and not just their pieces. I can't wait to work with them again- their selection goes beyond wedding rentals. And I genuinely miss not being in contact with Ali. She is an absolute joy to be around and she will help make your special day even more special.
