Rented the 20 foot wave water slide for my kids' 10th birthday. Everyone I interacted with was great, from the initial phone contact, to Bill who came to visit my property to see if a slide would fit in my driveway, to the nice young men who came to set up and remove the slide. After setup there was initially a problem with the hose (about half the water was coming down the outside of the slide); I called and they came right back and fixed it before the party. The slide was a huge hit on a hot day with a bunch of 4th graders! read more

I wanted to surprise my son with a party on a very short notice. I called a few other companies to compare prices and Party Jump had the best price. They also were able to work with our dirt landscaping, which other companies would not. (totally understandable) They were able to bring a water slide the next day! I wanted to keep the cost down so I requested the cheapest water slide they had. Milli, helped me with everything and she knew that I was interested in a bigger more expensive one but was too cheap to pay for it. lol- When the young men set up the slide I was so happy to see that it was the one that I originally wanted! I was so happy that she gave me this incredible discount. My kids lost their minds when they saw this humongous water slide in the back yard. They had so much fun. Needless to say, I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. Thank you Milli Rock! read more

We rented a rock climbing wall for an elementary school event with 150+ kids for 3 hours. The Initial communication was very easy. They put us on their book during the first call. A quote/invoice was provided promptly subsequently. Calls were typically picked up quickly and questions were answers. The only time that I try to reach them quickly and no one answered the phone, I was able to get someone to call me back via the online chat on their website. HUGE plus! The office was able to provide certificate of insurance that we requested. They also have a very convenient rain cancellation policy. On the day of the event, a team of 3 arrived very early, and completed the set up almost an hour prior to the event. It was such a popular activities and there was a small line from the beginning to the end. They do need pallet to put down the rock climbing wall on grass, so it is important to communicate where the rock wall will be prior to the event. I will definitely consider them for our future events. read more

We rented 6 tables, tents, games, and food machines from here and they were amazing from start to finish! They dropped off, picked up, and were super fast at response time when I contacted them with my many questions. We will absolutely be renting from them again! The owner was also super nice and accommodating! Great company!! read more

I really wanted to give this business my money but they didn't want it. I'm glad I dodged that bullet. After substantial time working through options for a 5-year-old's birthday party, I called to confirm our reservations. Party Jump sprung the news that they would not service the event unless we spent $750 total (double what we'd spent time talking about renting). Thanks, but no thanks. read more

As a PTA member, we've hosted two drive in movie nights for our school in 2020 and 2021. Bill and his team are the easiest to work with and always make sure we have a great event! When we were forced to cancel due to air quality just a few hours before our movie night, Bill worked with us to get another date scheduled because as he told me, "the most important thing to me is your kids get to have their event." His support was incredibly helpful to us. I've also been really impressed with his team. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. We are able to play music ahead of the movie, run an on-screen slideshow and make announcements. I highly recommend using Starry Movie Nights/Party Jump for your drive-in movie needs. They'll make sure you have an easy, fun event. read more

I've worked with Party Jump a lot for my work. They've always been quick to get back to me when I request bounce houses and they always set up and tear down in a timely manner. Often times they even set up early, which helps take off the stress when we're setting up for the event. They've been great at communicating when they come early and what is needed for set up, etc. I highly recommend working with them for your bounce house needs! read more

I was anxious to bring back my movie in the park events this summer for my master planned community as the company I booked with last year was a nightmare! But I came across party jump and saw they handled pretty large scale movie nights! I spoke to Bill, I expressed my concerns about the past booking with the other company and he reassured me he would not disappoint! He sure lead up to every expectation I had! He sent Colin and Max to assist with my movie night event. They put the screen up in no time and even had music playing until the movie started. Just set the perfect atmosphere for the event while people enjoyed the food trucks. They did an amazing job!! Immediately after the screen went up all my homeowners were mentioning the size and quality of the inflatable! They were impressed and I was impressed, that's honestly hard to do! I'm excited about the next two movie nights we have planned and would highly recommend this company to everyone! They will get all my future business. Great customer service, great product! Just a win, win! read more

I've been using Party Jump for years for kids birthdays. They are very accommodating. Would like to give five stars but wound up getting my shop vac to vacuum out pet hair, candy wrappers and wood chips out of the last one, after they swept it out with a broom I had to provide for them. Besides that, it was worth the money because the kids had fun the whole evening and us adults could kick back with cocktails. read more

Had a birthday party for my 5 year old cousin. The employees Glen and Chandler were clean and friendly. Surprised at how quick they set everything up. I even received a bigger bounce house than I ordered! We couldn't get my kids and his schoolmates off the damn thing, had to be at least 4 hours straight. Highly recommend! read more

Birthday's were the best...If they had party jumps there. I remember begging my parents to set me and my friends up with jump houses for every birthday as a young kid. Staff was always friendly. Water slides were my favorite. read more

I reached out to Bill on a Wednesday to see if they would be able to deliver a water slide the next day. To my surprise he said yes and his pricing was lower than competitors. I requested a phone call 15 minutes prior to delivery so we could get the kids out of the house to surprise them. They called as promised. The setup was quick and professional. My kids LOVED the slide!!! We also received a call the day of pickup letting us know timing and again great professional service from the guys picking up. Overall we had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them. We will absolutely be repeat customers. Thank you Bill!! read more

We booked with party jump, then had to cancel during the Napa valley fires, then had to cancel again a few weeks later THE MORNING OF because air quality was unhealthy... they were incredible! So understanding. Rebooked with no fuss! I was SO grateful! When the day finally came, set up was a breeze & so was pick up! The inflatables were a hit! I was just so impressed with the customer service! Prices were competitive. Would recommend them 1000xs to anyone!!! read more

We just used this company for our school's field day. I had heard horror stories from different companies that were used in the past. I was nervous using PJ because they were located in Santa Rosa and we are on the Peninsula but the owner assured me we would still get local service. He was right!!! Although two of our houses lost air quickly due to a generator problem, they were on the scene 10 minutes later and stayed the rest of the afternoon. They were on time and cleared the field efficiently after our event. I would definitely use them again and recommend PJ to others! read more

Wow! A great company first with my initial phone call to Ann she answered all my questions regarding ordering up our mechanical bull to safety and general liability. On arrival our operator Robert was fantastic and professional. Robert was sweet to the kids and the parents enjoyed every part Party Jump brought to our event! see you again, highly recommend! read more

This was our first time using this company and all I can say is they are so much better than our experiences with the other guys in area. More professional, super clean jump house, delivery and pickup went as scheduled. Ann was wonderful, she worked with every step of the way, we had to change our location 3 times, and every time she made it so easy. Thank you and we will never use another comany when we need a jump house. read more

Not just for kids - Party Jump was an unforgettable highlight of our wedding. The Giant Slide was incredibly fun (and even sort of a bonding experience to go up and down it together). Most of our guests probably went down at least 5 times. We also rented the Gladiator Joust, which was great as well. Party Jump was responsive and professional, and we appreciate that they were able to work with us on unusual hours (our celebration went until 3am). We had no issues whatsoever coordinating with them. One word of warning: on the slide, it's easy to get friction burns. As a host, I'd suggest warning people about that and making sure they know to quickly treat (ie clean) any friction burns. Completely worth it though. read more

The most disgusting rental company ever... Garbage jumper that cost 250 held together by ductape had rocks and dirt in it and smelled like mildew find another company to use and safe the headache this company needs to be more cleanly dealing with kids and rentals they say been in business for 20 years and I don't know how. Very misleading and the people they hired to setup are idiots.... read more

They were 1 hour late, and didnt bother to call us. We tried calling them repeatedly with no answer. The guy who dropped it off didnt secure it to the ground, the jumpy was filthy and patched together with duct tape, and 24 hours after they were supposed to pick it up its still in my yard. Terrible company, terrible product, I would strongly advise against using this company. read more

WOW - what fun was had by all! The mechanical bull was a highlight of a party in Half Moon Bay recently. The attendant was great with children and adults alike depending on how quiet or active they wanted the bull to be. I had not realized one would fall onto the bouncy base. It seemed safe for all ages. A real hit! read more

The jumpy house showed up wet, smelling like mildew, with hair and other funk inside. The company also forgot to bring the snow cone machine and claimed not to have know one was ordered even though we confirmed. They never sent an e-mail confirmation like they said they would. When we contacted the manager he said the owner was out of town for a week. Hesitant to do anything to fix the situation, the 'manager' said he couldnt come pick it up and agreed on a discount and that we could keep it over night for the inconveinence. Later that night an employee came to pick it up. When we called the manager about why he wasn't picking it up in the morning like we agreed he was very rude and said he already booked it for another party in the morning and didn't remember saying we could keep it overnight. Very Bad service. We've used this company the last three years and will never again! read more
