I eagerly sought her out after getting referred by my chiropractor after dealing with my second herniated disc. I was afraid and disappointed in myself after my injury postpartum, but I understood how important it was to rebuild my core so that I could hold my big baby! I knew it was going to take someone special to help me gently but continuously strengthen my core without further injuring or irritating my disc. Kiara has been THEE best person for that. I have worked with a few other personal trainers but none have come close to the holistic approach Kiara has to whole body wellness from feet up-. After each session at her beautiful and absolutely immaculate studio, I always feel good, energized, and accomplished- not drained, in pain, or vomiting like I've felt with other trainers. I have been able to bring my baby to each session, which all moms know is a god send!! Kiara has an amazing way of explaining posture and form that's easy to grasp, helps you maximize your work out, and really focus on the target area. All of the equipment she has in her studio are really fun to use and not intimidating like it can be at the gym. Her work outs are addicting because of how good you feel after and how refreshing her approach is. I have already recommended her to so many of my friends- especially the moms. Right away, she helped me make adjustments, and adding cupping to our sessions made a huge difference, my tension stopped coming back. I did triathlons before kids but never focused on strength training, and I also never did pelvic floor PT postpartum. Kiara helped me rebuild my core and pelvic strength in ways I didn't even realize I needed. Every workout challenges me in the best way, and for the first time, I feel strong and confident in my body. I never thought I needed a trainer, but this has been such a worthwhile investment in myself. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing her for also 9 years where I met her at a major gym and have followed her religiously since. Here's what I love about Diana: -She always makes you feel comfortable and safe about my body. Never once have I felt exposed, overly vulnerable, or insecure about the way I look or perform. -She listens and supports your personal goals. Over the 9 years my goals for fitness have varied from injury prevention (for lifting/moving patients), weight/fat loss, and functional mobility. And every time I change my goal, she adapts. -She is extremely knowledgeable. Not only about fitness and movement but her knowledge concerning diet/nutrition and glucose management is real and evidence based. She understands the influence of our mental health and how it impacts our physical wellness and she is adaptable to make your goals work with your barriers. -Lastly, (and most important for my personal journey) is that Diana provides NO aggression accountability. I hate working out. My whole life I have never enjoyed exercising but I understand its value. This works. It is the only reason I have seen her for so many years. I know I can't easily get out of a session (although if you need to make changes, she has flexibility). She asks me every week about my diet (without harsh criticism)--offering lots of education. She asks me about my relationships and helps me work through my mental barriers for a healthy life as well. Diana is a lot more than a trainer. I've always understood the need to be active, but as a new dad, I have found it challenging to stay disciplined with a fitness routine while maintaining a healthy diet with all the changes that come with starting a family. My entire mindset towards fitness changed when Diana came into the picture. Since my first training session with Diana, I no longer view working out as another thing on my to-do list as a busy dad, instead I look forward to improving how I feel, how I look, and how I function for my family through maintaining an active lifestyle and eating cleaner and healthier. What I like most about Diana's approach is that she takes a balanced stance (literally and figuratively), where she will provide an objective view on anything related to fitness... from technique, to programming, to diet, and full circle back to how everything is connected between our body, our mind, and our surroundings. She will research, adjust, and tailor her approach to create fun and engaging workouts no matter the time of day. Diana has changed how I approach fitness and I'm eternally grateful for the privilege to have her as my trainer. It's been about 2 years since I've begun training with Diana and I've never felt more energized, capable, confident, and stronger with my body.     Nice equipment and modern gym!…read more I joined EOS fitness at the end of February and I am happy with the gym so far. Located in Janss Mall, this gym is at a very convenient location with ample indoor parking and close to many shops and restaurants. The hours are very reasonable during the week, but closes early at 7pm on weekends. The gym is huge with 2 floors, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a spa with saunas and steam room. Depending on your membership tiers, you can use the EOS at all locations, the escape room for more privacy and towel services. I love the Technogym equipment as they are very modern and well made. The turf area on the second floor allows for a full metabolic workout with jump boxes, tanks, battle ropes, assault bike, and ski machines. The only thing I dislike are the ban on the ball slams and missing tire flips, which I feel are essentials workout routines. The other area that I like is the swimming pool. While I wish the pool is deeper and has shower next to it, I like that the pool is indoor (no worries for sunburn) and seems well maintained. While the gym does get busy during peak hours, the availability of machines is very reasonable during other times. As for the membership fees, we paid $1,000 for a three year membership for my husband and I, which we felt was an excellent value for the area.

No email, no text, no app notification, nothing. Just locked doors and a bunch of us standing there confused. That's not a small mistake. People plan their day around this. Now I'm stuck all jittery from pre workout with nowhere to go, and my time completely wasted. And to make it worse, the staff that were there had attitude when people asked what was going on. No real answers, just rude responses. EOS talks about being a welcoming and motivating environment... this was the opposite of that. This feels like poor management, plain and simple. If you're charging people every month, the least you can do is communicate and treat members with some respect. Really disappointing.
