I mean, THE place to go. The trainers/owners are some of the strongest people in the world (literally), and they really know what they're talking about, not just from reading a book, but from experience (lots of it). One of the best places to go to if you're serious about Strongman/Strongwoman competitions or skills. There is no better place to go in Ventura/LA county than this, in my opinion. This time I got a notice of the class cancellation 1 Hr and 20 minutes "after" the class start time. In my previous review for the same reason, about two weeks ago, the cancellation email came 2 days after the class was scheduled. I never did get a response from the owner for that review and I suspect there will be none this time either. This time I talked to Blake directly who did not even know a class was scheduled. He told me if I sat on the couch and waited, he would get back to me shortly. Get a manager who gives a crap about customer service. People thinking about joining should read the reviews and beware.
