Not even a full bite of chicken on these wings. Slaughtering chicken this little for 7$ wings that won't get you full is not very necessary. They sure spent the money on the ranch though. The food and service is terrible here, my daughter ordered breadsticks and they came out extremely hard so I asked that they remake them, the staff member rolled her eyes and walked away. She never came back and was confused why I wanted the bread removed from my bill. This is the worst Monicals pizza I have ever stepped into. read more

Walked in right when they opened they immediately said hello and sat us. Ordered our drinks as I look around we are the only one in the restaurant but they just did open. The place looked clean light music playing would be cool if they had a tv or two. Took just minutes for them to bring out the bread sticks and salad looked and tasted great. As we wait a few more customers walk in they get sat drinks come out fast for them as well one waitress for everyone she is doing good. We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks they were ok not the best I have had but ok. Prob took about 8-10 min for them to come out. She kept up with our refills on our drinks also took the plates and such off the table to get ready for our pizza at this point we are pleased with the service. Pizza came out and looked amazing and zero complaints on the taste it is always good we have ate here twice and at another lactations and the same service its really good. If your looking for good pizza this is the place we both had a salad 5 bread sticks 5 mozzarella cheese, sticks and the on point pizza with sausage pepperoni green peppers and it was spot on as always. The bill was only $40 and change not to bad I believe. You all have a great day. read more

Monicals is awesome and far exceeded my expectations for small town pizza. I called my order in ahead of time and picked up in store. I was greeted promptly and very impressed with how clean and well kept this place was. The pizzas were wrapped in foil and kept piping hot for the ride home I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and green peppers and a thick crust sausage pizza. The thin crust pizza was the thinnest crust I've ever had. As others have stated its almost like a saltine but crispy and delicious. The thick crust pizza is slightly thicker than a hand tossed pizza but with a light airy crust. The sauce was flavorful and not bland while the cheese was melted evenly. All in all I'd highly recommend this place. read more

Worst Monicals ever. Took two hours to get my food, the delivery driver didn't bother knocking, just threw my food on the porch and drove away. I didn't find it until I called the store after waiting hours for my food. I wish I could take my tip back from the driver. Definitely the last time I will order from that sad excuse of a pizza place. read more

This is an interesting place. Order at the counter and they bring the food out to you in a short while. I would call the pizza extremely thin crust, almost the width of a cracker and very tasty. The sauce was good and the toppings on the italian pepper pizza were all satisfactory. I enjoyed the unique peppery taste which was very unique among the multitude of pizza joints that I have been to. A family size pizza was enough to feed 5 people to satisfaction, without feeling overfull. The salad, while consisting of merely iceberg lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes, was extremely fresh. The decor is that of a typical small town pizza parlor. Plenty of inviting kitch and hometown pride. I would eat here again. read more

Horrible service, also was given the wrong food. I've had nothing but good experiences at other monical's locations.

I love coming home to eat here! Lots of memories, great pizza! Pepperoni and mushroom is my fave and the super thin crust can't be beat!

Since corporate took over its just not the same. I miss the lunch salad bar. The pizza is still good.

the pizza was good the calzone wasn't. the calzone had about a level tablespoon of cheeze. 4 oz of sauce. hard to see the cheeze. amd other toppings were very vague. I asked wait star if it came with cheeze she took it back to add cheese. it came back soggy like the Zapped it. BAD. they redid it and I had to search for the cheese.. sweet tea was good.. read more

I love the place since they've updated! Finally like all the other Monicals, you can buy frozen pizzas and you can buy there famous French dressing. The place is a little small but still a nice place to eat. read more

I called at 5:45pm to tell them we were on our way and would be there in 20 minutes and to place our order as to avoid waiting for a long time since we were planning on catching a movie. I was told they didn't do this on weekends. I then asked how busy they were (given how early it was in the evening) to which they replied the parking lot is fairly empty. I made one more attempt to place an order. After asking the manager the manager still said no. Can't even order it carry out, and carry in assuming there is a table. Totally inflexible. So we got there and proceeded to wait an entire hour for a large pizza. Terrible speed of service. Not the servers fault but clearly an operational disaster. Pizza was good but won't be subjected to the service there again. Never have had service like this at any other monicals. In the end the manager came out and comped our pizza, which we were grateful for but we missed our movie nevertheless. read more
