My coworker ordered a Caprese Panini and a Caesar salad. Obviously this wasn't my recommendation if you've read any of my other reviews! She said it was a great sandwich but wasn't a fan of the homemade chips. I was impressed that she didn't give me the stink eye when I explained my need to photograph her food :) I had the lunch portion of chicken parmesean that was really good. Nice portion of chicken and pasta and a great flavor - I would definitely order it again. Oddly, this came with a side of my choice just like the sandwich menu. I chose a side of fries and they were ok fries. Nothing Earth shattering but not bad. It's a great lunch option at a reasonable price and I'd return if I found myself in the area. I am writing about a delivery, so I can't comment on the restaurant itself. I took a star off because they did not provide any utensils or napkins in the delivery bag which made for a delayed meal since I had to go searching for a fork. The garden salad was very good. So crisp and fresh. The tomatoes were yummy, and I liked the surprise of celery amoungst the greens. The greens were mixed and not just iceberg which elevated the salad quite a bit. I always say I judge an Italian restaurant by their sauce, and this one was ok. Very sweet. Not thick. It wanted for something. I ordered the half portion of angel hair pasta, and it was still a very generous amount. I added a meatball which tasted more like an Italian sausage in a ball with a bit of spice and a chewier consistency. I wasn't mad at it, but it wasn't the seasoned ground beef crumble I expected. All in all, the meal was good, just lacking in some of things I expected from a place everyone seemed to like about it. I would probably go back and maybe try some of the other dishes next time I am in Terre Haute, if only to see if maybe it was just that order.
