In Niwa's case they've done a very good job of serving genuine food that correctly represents both Thai and Japanese cuisine. My friends and I ordered a series of dishes in order to sample all that the restaurant had to offer (ranging from pad thai to seared salmon) and discovered that not only were the dishes flavorful but also very filling. Definitely plan on popping in again. On a side note, the restaurant seems to fill up once it hits 9:00PM (or in Italian format 21:00) so make sure to come a little earlier if you don't want to wait.

So salty that it tasted spicy. I would only suggest getting the cauliflower. I am rating them a 4/5 because finding a Chinese restaurant was actually pretty hard in Florence.

The food was pleasantly surprising in how good it was and the prices were very very fair. We ended up spending €88 for two and that was with 4 dumping dishes, 1 noodle bian mein, 1 pak choy dish and 1 bottle of wine + tiramisu dessert.
