Went there yesterday cash a check that was sent to me by my sister who lives in Arizona. It was sent by her bank. When I went to the window I handed the check to the lady. She turned around and handed me back the check and boldly stated that she seen alot of checks like this a tgat it was a frauded check. I was appalled! I called my sister in Arizona in front the lady, while the lady was on the phone with someone. She proceeded to tell me once again she wasn't gonna cash it cause it was a frauded check. I went to.my car, looked on the check there was a customer service number I call them go back in the place, I walk up to the Lady hand her the check. I ask her how come she never bigger to go the number on the check to verify that it was legit. I asked her if would like to talk to customer service. She was still adamant about the check being fraud. She says she can't cash it, but never really gave a reason other than she felt the check was fraud. The check was less than $50... I never got treated like that ever!! I will never patronize this establishment again. Their workers are unprofessional and judgemental! read more
