Excellent Service = Excellent Experience!…read more I was recommended this place from a friend who had told me how amazing this place is, because I needed a car loan on short notice, and unsurprisingly, all my expectations were met! This place has great customer service and the employees are extremely friendly. They were very understanding of my situation and worked with me to figure out the best loan for me! Everything was efficient and I didn't feel like I was being scammed in any way by them. I'm a college student and working on my credit, so it's obviously not the greatest, and I was so worried I would get turned down again, especially with how badly I needed this loan to work out, but the people at Car Loan Title were like saviors and gave me a loan without any hassle. I would 100% return again if I had to, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend in need!

Watch a movie or grab a sweet treat from Magnolia. My favorite is their halo halo! On the weekends, enjoy some delicious braised beef from Broke Da Mouth Grindz, or if it isn't Sunday, stop by Chick-fil-A. And if it IS Sunday, don't worry because Capriotti's has your back! Definitely grateful for the little conveniences that make life a whole lot easier. You know what would make things even easier? Direct deposit. But that's not the bank's fault! Frequent bank visits are a must for me and my roommates for now, unfortunately. It's the way we transfer funds to each other. We used to use Chime which was complete mobile banking through direct deposit but we don't have that option anymore so we chose a bank that we could utilize together. I also recently found out that First Hawaiian mobile banking is affiliated with Zelle which is how my landlord also accepts rent payment so I'm happy that this bank allows that because I used to have Zelle with my bank Chase but it's not available in this island. Thankfully, mobile banking is simple and easy to use with the First Hawaiian Bank app, so I can still take care of a lot of things right from my phone.

There was nearly no one in the bank. I went and sat on the couches provided by the bank because I need to go to T-Mobile which was next-door but they opened in 15 minutes. So I thought sitting on the couch for 15 minutes would be a good idea and just wait. I was asked by the tell her if I needed additional help and I said no, I'm just waiting for Tmobile to over next-door, she kinda went on the offense and said "what time is that??" I said like 15 minutes is that OK? She said as long as it's 15 minutes like she was gonna kick me out or something as a member to the bank and then the other girl said you can't stay here. I was just looking for a comfortable place after doing a transaction with my bank. Two 815 minutes to Tmobile to open up quietly, sat on the corner on my phone with nearly no customers in the store. You can see in the picture. I posted the two girls. The guy in the picture is probably one of the best customer service service representative there! My transaction was awesome. It's when I sat down on the couch after the transaction, thenall hell broke loose. Well, just wanted to sit down and wait for 15 minutes. I am taking my business to Navy federal full-time, at least I'm welcome to sit on the couch for 10 minutes or 15 minutes.

The manager Criselda is not helpful at all, he keep saying to call my bank and there is no problem on their side. And I did call my bank saying i do have sufficient funds and if i dont then i should pay charges for that. So i told the CPB manager and still insisting that" its not their fault". I got home i was not satisfied and called Loan assistant of CPB and they said their is technical error, and they will call me back to investigate. Oh well they called back and yes they received the money and got "reversed" or returned. But i never get that return money, so loan lady said she will process again . Whats funny is they i need to pay again with "late fees" plus car loan. Im like ok whatever to end this as long as you give me my return money. Until 2 weeks 3 weeks passed i didnt get the return money. I go back and forth to my bank and to cpb just a waste of time. I showed them the proof and didnt get any response from cpb after that no calls at all, all i want that time is "where did my payment go". almost 1 month of chaos, whats frustrating is no calls or updates on cpb. i called them again and yes they have my money and put it in my car loan.
