They weren't handling phones properly when I called ahead of time I think they just kept putting me on hold with no plans of picking up. That happened twice and I'm only 5 minutes away so I drove down there because she said they were so busy. When I got there no one was in there and they didn't seem busy at all. Literally empty store. They wouldn't help me and actually told me they were closing earlier than their hours said. (I think it was 7:20 and it said they stay open until 8 something like that)... She even said "it's not safe for you to be in here"- like huh what? That made no sense to say what was she trying to do scare me I was advised by my credit card company's customer service that this location was on their verified list of places that do cash advances. The lady said no we don't do that and we are closing. Overall tbh it was a bad experience the lady was trying to be nice but not really. I imagine she deals with people she doesn't want to talk to a lot all day but where was the aloha ya know, anyways they were closing early and they couldn't help me so that was that. It was probably my angels telling me sista you don't need money this way! Get out of here girl I really don't think it's a good idea to ask for money from these places because the debt you'll be in is a bad idea. Came here on a Saturday afternoon when my bank was already closed. I needed to cash in my cash right away and my bank was already closed so I found this place across from Ala Moana shopping Center. Literally across from ala Moana hotel. You can come here and cash in your personal check, paycheck, other checks. But they take certain percentage off from your check for themselves tho. I had a paycheck so they took out 5% out of my check. The system they had wasn't really organized. There's no line, it's more like you have to remember who came in first and that's the order. So we had to remember who came in first so that person goes first and whoever walks in is the next person. The line up system is like that. Kinda weird and sketchy but that's how it's run over here. But the service is a little fast. You just have to sign a lot of papers if it's your first time here. If you have a file with them already then it should be fast for you. It was my first time here so I had to sign a lot of paper work and make sure to bring your ID and SSN with you at all times. They will need a copy of that also. Just the service is a little too messy and looks really sketchy too. Other than that everything was great. The workers explained how the system works and how much is gonna be taken out. read more

First of all this company has no disinfecting routine. There was a guy hanging all over the counter and when he was done the lady working today (sunday) had no answer when I asked her if she had something to clean it with. So I went to their hand sanitizer stand and it was empty. Really disgusting! But I needed to wire money so I stayed and used the dirty pen she handed me too. Secondly. There was only one lady working and she was not the sharpest tool in the shed. She was sooooo slow. I promise next time I will find a different western union to use. Don't go there!!! read more

Overcharged my Debit card, Claimed that I was loaned more than I was given and had to go to my bank 3 times because they would not pay for my fees...I burrowed $300 and they took out 528.21 from my account. My brother use to use them as well and they did the same thing to him as well...My first and Last time to ever go there...Fraudulent work going on in there. and they paid me in cash, said "it's resolved" but it was far from resolved when my banker said that is fraudulent and I should dispute the whole thing...Never ever again going there...Sticking with my bank from now on...Run-arounds got me twisted... read more
