    Went into ace cash express and young lady who helped me out was really rude. looking down on customers is not good customer service.

    Customer service sucks here they take at least 45 min to an hour to cash a simple check. They are very rude wouldn't recommend going here.

As a new member, that made me feel hopeful about transitioning all of my financial services here. But unfortunately, my experience applying for a loan was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling completely dismissed and underappreciated. I applied for a loan and received a message saying I would be contacted within 1-2 business days. That call never came. I waited, thinking maybe they were just backed up. So I called in and left a voicemail still, no response, no callback, no acknowledgment of any kind. Then out of nowhere, I received a denial with no explanation, no follow-up, no human contact. Just a flat-out decision sent my way like I was invisible. The frustrating part is that when I applied for a credit product earlier which was approved. I was getting nonstop calls and emails. But this time? Silence. It honestly made me feel like I was being ignored, like my application didn't matter, and like I wasn't worth the courtesy of a phone call. Whether I was approved or not isn't even the issue the lack of communication and basic respect is what really got to me. I joined this credit union because I wanted to feel like more than just a number. If I wanted to be treated impersonally and overlooked, I could've stayed with Chase. But I expected more here accountability, care, and follow-through, especially after being told I'd be contacted. Right now, I feel like I've been targeted, ignored, and undervalued as a member. The loan team's lack of follow-through left a really bad taste in my mouth. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because people deserve to be treated like people not just potential loan approvals or denials.
