They told us it would take three hours, but called after just two saying it was ready. When she got home, we saw the car was still dirty -- the extra services weren't done, and the trunk hadn't even been touched. We called to voice our concerns, and they told us to bring the car back a few days later. We arrived early for our appointment but it was during business hours, no one was there. An hour later the owner called and said he would issue a refund. That should've been the end of it -- but instead, he called back and completely escalated the situation. He was extremely rude, started yelling at me over the phone, and accused us of trying to scam a free detail. It was shocking and unprofessional -- especially from the owner himself. Rather than take responsibility, he doubled down and made the whole experience even worse. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by any business. The lack of service was bad enough -- but being yelled at and blamed for their mistakes was absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly warn others to stay far away from this place.
