I had insurance through them for almost ten years (along with most of my family members). Money was…read moregetting tight so I needed to switch to a cheaper insurance company. I cancelled with Jason on December 10, 2014. I noted in my records the day and time of our conversation. He said he would take care of cancelling my auto insurance policy. Months later I find that they have still been taking money out. Okay, 'no big deal,' I thought. I would just call them up and get the money refunded. Well, he said that he could only give me back money for the last 30 days! He also said that there was absolutely nothing he could do. Then he had the nerve to ask me, "Why didn't you notice that we were stealing from you sooner?" (not the exact words of course). This is unacceptable service. If I had made a mistake like that I would have refunded the person with my own pocket if I had to, but I guess to each his own. They were okay for a long time but I would highly recommend going somewhere else after this problem.

Our filing appointment was so simple and they were knowledgeable on every step and had answers to every question we had. At no fault to them, our tax return got delayed and we got a letter from the IRS saying we were only getting a portion of our refund. I called Dallas and he spent 1+ hours with me on the phone with the IRS getting it sorted out. Long story short we got it resolved and I couldn't have done it without him! (I don't speak taxes). We'll be back next year and I'll recommend them to anyone and everyone who wants an accountant looking out for the best interest of their clients, always!

I am so glad I found Brian Horne! I found him through positive online reviews and also my mom…read morerecommended him based on a friend's recommendation. I met with him yesterday and I was so relieved to have such a knowledgeable resource that is so affordable! I have been paying accountants piles of money to do my S-Corp and personal taxes each year, some of them charged me $200 a month, some $500 a month, get I still felt like I was on my own and I still was making pretty obvious mistakes without them stepping in (not paying myself, for instance). Brian would have none of that. He is very experienced and has a lot of integrity, he clearly wants to help people out with the knowledge he has gained over the years rather than try to scale up and choose the money over the clients. The accountants I have been working with were more entrepreneurs than accountants, which I can admire from some angle, but what I really want is an accountant who enjoys being an accountant and really takes pride in helping out their clients. Brian was exactly that, and I am super excited to have him in my court.
