I like this place, if not for the fact that this huge pet store doubles as an entertaining outing…read morefor my kids on a cold winter's day. Judging by all the other customers last weekend with kids in tow, I'm not the only parent with this idea! My children love looking at the guinea pigs, ferrets, and rodents playing in their cages. We also come here to watch the birds munch on seeds/veggies, the cats swat around jingly balls, and the oodles of colourful fish swimming around. The reptiles are a favourite, too. Staff here are friendly and they seem to work really hard. There seems to be a good selection of toys and bedding for pets of all kinds here, and we usually buy homemade treats here for our dog. All in all, we'll be back...probably on a frigid winter's day when the kids are itching for something to do.

THIS PLACE IS HUUUUUUUUUUUUGE…read more I walked in to see if they had ghost shrimp for my axolotl and was shocked by the size of this place. What do you need? They have it. Their aquarium section is the biggest I've seen and very well stocked and maintained. We came in just when they were getting ready to close and watched their team tidy up and mop the whole store. They have a TON of staff that know their s***. My favorite staffer who disappeared from the Atwater location was even there so they earned extra street cred. Buy feeders by the dozen and they have discounts (dozen ghost shrimp come out to almost half price compared to individual cost). We were the last people to leave the store and didn't feel at all rushed. They even walked us to the door on the other side of the strip mall to ensure we would be as close to our parking spot as possible since it was freezing out. A+

They provide food, liter, toys, mini furniture and more for pets. The store is small, but feels lively! The best part of entering this boutique is that you are welcomed by a beautiful dog Callie. She is so well behaved, her eyes are so adorable, they just simply steal your heart. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are super knowledgeable about every single products. You can see their love and passion towards animals. What's so best about this boutique when you can buy supplies for your pets from Walmart or Canadian Tire or somewhere else... For example, the food for my cats that I buy are biological and they are easy on their digestive system. The liter that I get is odor locked...after my cats' business done, the surrounding of liter box do not smell. These are my main products that I purchase almost every month and half. It's so amazing how the products last so long. I will be honest, the products are slightly expensive, but for the health and love of your pets, it's worth it. If you are around the area, free delivery service is available.

This isn't a shop that was built for the sole purpose of turning a buck, but because they are truly passionate about their product. I learn new things about my pet all the time by visiting here. Second, just as they care about their animals, they care about their customers. I have a crazy life; I'm frequently (see: weekly) being sent out of country for work, to include overseas, and Pawse has been there for me every step of the way. Their delivery service is an absolute life-saver for our family. Finally, their pricing. I upgraded my food by coming here, and still save money week after week. They're definitely not giving anything away, but they're also not being beat out in regards to price by anywhere else in Montreal. This is truly a one-stop-shop. 10/10. Thanks Pawse.
