I thought I was developing a hunchback but apparently it's just bad posture. WHAT?! BAD POSTURE?! ME????? Anyways, it's bad posture. He told me to focus of a variety of things in terms of how to stand and all but he also went into what to do at the gym. He knew the names of the machines, the exercises, proper form, and he knew the gym that I went to. They have an acupuncturist in this office too (Dr. Wong) and he works out at the 24 Sport on Orangewood. Dr. Bryan seemed like a really down to earth guy and actually took interest in what I had to say. He wasn't stone faced either like many doctors are. He listened to me and understood that I've been working out for a long time and that my worries were not caused by an office job, lazy lifestyle, or lack of understanding of how the body works.
