Consequently, I had a tank full of water. I called Greenline and they sent a someone out in a mobile machine shop that would make anyone who appreciates tools drool. Less than half an hour later he was done and my tractor was back up and running. Only charged me $140, which included driving out to my place to work on it! There are several Kubota dealers in the area, but Greenline (John Deere) was recommended by my neighbor--another Kubota owner--and they came through with flying Orange! Awesome!

As soon as we pulled up, we were greeted by a beautiful field of Christmas trees ready for the season. A young gentleman welcomed us, explained the process, and handed us a saw so we could start exploring. There were so many wonderful options, but we ultimately chose the prettiest Arizona Blue--and she smelled AMAZING. After we carried it over, the same young gentleman and an older man kindly helped wrap the tree for us. Inside the quaint gift shop, we paid for our tree and browsed through all the adorable goodies and festive holiday décor. My son especially loved the complimentary candy canes the sweet older woman insisted he take. Overall, our experience was fantastic. We may have just found our new annual spot for Christmas trees. Willow Oaks is closer to Fredericksburg than Belmont, feels more intimate, and everyone we encountered was friendly and full of holiday spirit. Highly recommend!

Two of the trees showed failing limbs almost immediately. We brought photos to the Stafford store and were told to fertilize--no improvement. We were then told to "wait until next spring." This spring, the same two trees are still struggling. We returned with photos and even performed the "scratch test" they demanded. The staff agreed the trees were in trouble but told us we had to call HQ. After multiple calls, voicemails, and being bounced around departments, we were finally told someone might get back to us in 7-15 days. We paid more at Meadows Farms expecting professionalism and a real warranty. Instead, we got delays, dismissiveness, and a warranty process designed to wear customers down. If I had it to do again, I would have gone to Home Depot or Lowe's--there, you simply bring the receipt back within a year and get a replacement. No hassle, no runaround. Meadows Farms wasted my time, treated us poorly, and did not stand behind their product. I cannot recommend them.
