Really enjoyed my visit here. It's a mixed bag as some vendors have true antiques, some have collectibles, some have furniture, some have whatever. Given that they have a lot of floor space, it will take you a while to go through everything. Some of the booths have pretty good discounts. Very organized and spacious- no stuffy/dusty/musty feeling like some antique stores exhibit. Clean restrooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. I love the snack area... the ice cream sandwiches are AMAZING. My boyfriend is a huge antique fan and he was in there so long I had to go back to the car and nap. However prices were not as negotiable, and there weren't noticeable store numbers so it was hard to refer back. read more

This place is the bomb. A huge mall with lots of vendors and the prices are great. I initially had four items I wanted to purchase but ended up with two nice items after realizing upon closer inspection that the other two were probably not original... meaning someone altered them probably thinking they were "upscaling" them. I could've bought lots lots more and will undoubtedly be back again and again. Worth a drive. read more

I could spend hours at this huge antique mall, and actually I have! We used to have a place in Colonial Beach, and this amazing spot is just a hop, skip, and a jump farther north down Route 301, passed Route 205. Just look for the long blue building! Plenty of parking. I couldn't begin to list all the fantastic finds we've found here. Booths and booths of cool vintage and retro pieces. Some of the booths aren't necessarily antiques, but more handmade crafts and jewelry or sport team paraphernalia. And some cubbies are simply "yard sale" type items. The majority of vendors displays their wares artfully and neatly. The aisles are clean, and the merchandise is well organized and eye-appealing. Most of the prices are fair and reasonable, but some of the dealers may try to gouge less seasoned antique aficionados. Oodles of antiques await you at this must stop shop! I was not a huge fan of this place. There were many things were tchotchkes and not necessarily antiques. I was also really surprised at how many items I was really interested in buying but they were not for sale! The tables and displays were nicer and more desirable than some of the items displayed! It was actually quite funny after a while because we realized that some of the vendors might be missing out on some sales because they might not be in touch with whats in style and what people are looking to find. We probably wouldn't go back given how massive the store is and how few items would be worth it the search. read more

I asked the front desk staff to call one of the vendors to check on discounting bowls that the vendor has discounted many times for me. They refused. Also they want to charge each person who uses a credit card a 3% fee. My husband who is disabled and walk slowly was followed around the store through four isles with them thinking he was trying to steal some thing. I absolutely enjoyed my time here, I was only stopping to browse on the way home from a long weekend in Richmond and stayed several hours. I had to leave before I bought anything else! The next day I realized that I left the child's rocking chair I wanted for my granddaughter, behind the counter. I called the number on the back of their card and got the manager Cyndi Blake at home. After finding out what happened she called the store, they called me and checked for the chair--sadly sold that morning. I was so impressed with their customer service. As the previous poster stated it is essentially an indoor flea market. Some vendors believe their stuff is gold plated and their prices reflect that. Others are very reasonable. Again, just like any flea market. I enjoy antiques and older collectible things. There seems to be more of the newer collectible types of things popping up there, I hope it is not a trend as I don't find them appealing. My experiences there have all been positive, though I don't always find what I am looking for, I typically always find something of interest. read more

*Just a heads up if you're coming to this store for the first time from Maryland- you'll have to pay a $6, cash only toll to cross the bridge into Virginia. (No charge to go back into Md, though) I was really looking forward to my first time here the other day, but was very disappointed to see that most of the stuff inside is either handmade crafts, new items, or just. . . junk. Some vendors do have very nice, genuine antiques, but almost seem out of place among all of the flea market-y crap. Still, the staff was nice and it was fun to look around, but if you're looking for actual antiques, you're better off going down the road to Glory Days in Newburg, Md. For about the same prices you'll find quality things without the thrift store atmosphere. read more

Great place to browse and BUY!! Prices are reasonable for the most part (especially compared to other antique shops). Selection is awesome - from outdoor décor to fine china and everything in between - something for everyone's. I always find cool stuff to get here, even if I go in with the "I'm just going to browse" mentality. Since it's been under new ownership, I think the place itself looks much nicer and the selection is more diverse. On my recent trip last week, I lost out to another customer on a particular item, so the owner/manager of the place (not sure which) actually called the seller and asked if he had another one (it was a hand made item). He did and SHE actually went to his house and got it for me, then called me to tell me she was holding it for me! She didn't know me from Adam, but she went above and beyond and that's good customer service! read more

I love this place.. its full of beautiful antiques and crafts.. I can be in there for hours! The staff is sooo friendly and helpful ( even when I broke a glass..opps) So many treasures to find... and my husband loves the small seating area up front for "husbands".. they offer drinks and snacks for sale .. so plop your hubby in there and shop ! AND... they play the best music ever.. and they offer shopping carts not small tiny baskets! read more

When friends come from out of town they always want me to take them back their. EASY to find. Right on Route 301 south. Plenty of parking, too. While the place has some decent items, all in all, it's an upscale flea market. There are some vendors that do stand out with some quality items for a small shop in a small town. Prices are OK. However, the owners are likely the rudest people I've ever met. I visited several weeks ago and found 3 oil lamps I liked. One was $375, one was $300, and the other I don't remember. I wanted to make sure they would work in my home before buying. I wanted to purchase 2 of them and drove ~ 1.5 hours to get there before they closed at 5 PM. OK, it was Super Bowl Sunday so I'm sure they wanted to go home and watch the game. This is their business and they can provide bad service if they want. I pull into the lot and go to the door and a women says loudly "we close at 5". I reply, it's 4:52 so I have 8 minutes and know exactly what I want. She said "no, you have 3 minutes.I go in a man's say's we're closing. I said, no problem, there are 2 lamps I want and pointed to them. He said "well make it quick". I said sorry, I rushed to get there and wanted to pay for them. He said I should have come early and he was "sorry that I didnt agree with their hours". Again I apologized....it was now 4:56. I just needed to pay for them. He mumbled something and I told him to forget it. I asked him to tell the dealer that he basically refused to sell $675 worth of items to me since it was 4 minutes to closing. If you can get there 2 hrs before closing (so by 3 PM), it may be worth visiting. I really feel bad for the dealers who work so hard to earn a living and then these jack@ss owners treat customers so poorly. read more

This week I purchased an old wooden shot gun shell crate from Unique Antiques Mall. After I got it home I noticed it was infested with wood bores. Took it back to return it and was told that all sales are final. It says so right on the store receipt. OK my bad but you would think they would at least listen and provide some concern and maybe offer some suggestion on how to get rid of wood bores in antique furniture. read more

Really large. You will spend at least an hour in there. They have a book in the front of the store for the vendors where customers can put down what they are interested in or looking for in the mall. It's hit or miss like every antique store, but it's not bad. It's up to the vendors on how they want their area to look. read more

I visited on Sunday 8/31 with my Husband and I found the staff and sellers stocking their booths to be nice and friendly. There are antiques and newer collectables and the prices were a mix of ranges. We have been here before and I even brought my sister who was visiting from out of State last Fall here and she loved it. There are a bit more newer collectables than antiques but half the fun in antiquing is the searching. You never know what you will find. I would recommend this shop to my family and friends for a pleasant outing with a nice atmosphere. read more
