There strips are above the vinyl siding way up high just under my roof line on my two story house . They are secured onto the wood facia surrounding the house . Martin Jensen gave me a very reasonable quote for the job and set an appointment to come put the very next day . Although the winds were blowing at 30 mph and cold , he still came out to fulfill his commitment . Then after he climbed up on his ladder and mounted the aluminum pieces , he discovered that there was another 3 foot section was missing that I had not given him. Rather than taking the easy approach and just offering to sell me a new piece that was blown and lost that I didn't realize , he went above and beyond the call of duty and started hunting around the nearby properties to find the missing piece. He finally found it across the street at the shores edge of another golf course pond . Then he gave me the good news and fixed everything like new ! And the best part of this whole story , He didn't even try to charge me an extra penny ! We've worked with two other roofing contractors in the Omaha area that completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. However, their teams left a lot of debris for us to clean up. We had bats get into our attic on both occasions. For our third new roof project, we decided to go with Siefken Contracting. Jared was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The only headache we had to endure was our insurance company fighting tooth and nail to not provide coverage. Jared and his team fought for us and communicated well. We have since moved to a new home and had to replace the roof again - lucky us. We went with Siefken for a second time. We had another great experience with their team.
