The woman at the front desk was very nice and stuck to her quote that she had given me when I made the appointment. If you need a trailer hitch installed I would highly recommend skipping I-5 Auto World and instead heading to Smiley's on the west side of Mount Vernon, your vehicle, and your bank account will be glad you did.
