That's exactly what happened here as they both were super friendly and nice as it wasn't for a few minutes that I was seated and already had my nails started on. The whole experience here was awesome and ended up being perfect as you can't ever go wrong with a new set of claws. It's been a while since I've gotten my nails done as I just haven't found the right place until now as the way I was treated and the work that was done was quality and it was just an enjoyable experience as much as it can be. Their prices are standard to everyone else but they are also cash only so don't forget the bills as they don't take a card. Overall my nails look awesome and they were super friendly as well as talented which was totally what's good as it looks like I found my new nail salon which is always a plus as good ones like this are hard to come by!

I noticed one review and I decided to try them out since their review was good. I made an appointment for 2pm, I got there maybe 10 mins early because I'm use to it being busy in Miami so I wanted to get there early. As I walk in she greeted me lovely, and let me know all colors are available as I was looking at the wall. She mentioned cash only which is understandable. After getting cash from atm, I sat down she gave me a bottle of water and began the work. She pays very, VERY close attention to your nails and she learns your style with a few questions she has for you (Ex. Shape wanted, Color preference) all in all - give her a chance I promise you she does an amazing job. She is now my new nail lady :) I highly recommend to EVERYONE!

My basic pedicure included a salt water soak, a salt scrub, a hot towel, lotion/massage, and polish. I like the way my toes look and my feet feel. So why a 4-star review then? After reading other Yelp and Google reviews, I called this morning to get an appointment since I did not want to wait as a walk-in. I was told 12:15pm, and then 12pm. I repeated this back and the man on the phone confirmed the time twice before I hung up. When I arrived a few minutes before 12, I was told my time was actually for 12:45. I know I did not make an error on this, and I wish he'd just said they made a mistake instead of insisting that's the time he told me over the phone; it was not. During my appointment, two other women came in for pedicures; one woman arrived soon after I did and said she had an appointment, but her treatment wasn't even started by the time I left. So that's challenging if you have a schedule to stick to. Overall, good treatment, clean shop, iffy time management.
