There was around 30 people attending on our Wednesday session from all over Europe and North America. The information about growing apples and the different types and styles of apples was fascinating and they've got a beautiful setting just a short walk from the big hotel. It took a while for the food to arrive but we weren't in a hurry. It was clear once it arrived that the reason it had taken so long is because it was all freshly made. It was so crisp and tender.
