Uncaring, unknowledgeable, untrained, uneducated, zero bedside manners. They have no idea how to view/find your records, then say they just don't exist and you don't have any existing issues. Prescribe pain solutions picked out of thin air. This is not a joke. This is what really happens at this location. Does this pain clinic ever get audited for how they treat their patients. Urmc no longer sends out after visit surveys so they obviously know how bad it is and they just don't care. They just want your money, they could care less about your well being.

Finally, my aunt put her in her place and then she softened. This nurse definitely needs to take a course of nurse/patient relations. I would recommend this treatment for anyone who has sciatica. The staff he works with are friendly and compassionate. They let my husband stay with me as long as possible. The additional staff explained everything to me in detail and were friendly and too the time to answer my questions. The nurses were there the minute I woke up asking if I needed anything. They were attentive to every need I had and continually checked on me. The facility was clean and comfortable. My overall experience was excellent. I wouof give them a five star rating! Please keep the same staff with him. They work so good together!

I also have been going to Rochester ambulatory Surgery Center for years having procedure's with Dr.Hadian and I look forward to seeing his team especially Dawn I love her energy. they make me feel so welcoming in the surgical room because we got to know one other over the years and I have been at a lot of different surgery center's with different Doctors and there is no comparison to Dr. Hadian And his team. The nurses who prep you for your procedure are so nice and There is a few that have been there for years and they know who I am and what my need are.

This is the second Pain Management practice I've been to in Rochester and it's just awful. For some…read morereason it came highly recommended (Dr. Nemani did, but I was never allowed to schedule with him. Only Sarah, the Physicians Assistant I think, and Dr. Ng for injections). The staff is rude and incompetent. They treat you as though you're interrupting them instead of helping you schedule, check in/out, etc. The wait time is always excessive, even when you arrive early (I've had between 10-20 appts here and have never waited less than 20 minutes from my scheduled time just to get into an exam room). At my initial visit I explained that I was dissatisfied with my previous Pain Mgmt Dr because all he did was administer injections after injections, that were of little to no relief. Dr. Ng's solution was more injections. When I came in for the appt., after waiting almost 40 minutes I was finally taken to the procedure room with Dr. Ng and an Assistant/Nurse (not sure what her title was, but she was actually very sweet and supportive). As he asked about my specific issues, without warning he stuck me in the neck 6 times with needles. When he was done (even though I hadn't answered his question yet) he told me the Assistant would help me and he walked out. He was in the room a total of 90 seconds at the most. After a serious of failed injections, failed medications, failed physical therapy and a worsening condition, they finally admitted they had no idea what was wrong or how to help and referred me to a neurosurgeon (that also didn't help). I also received a TENS unit as part of my treatment through this office. It was a big help except I had to buy my own replacement pads (which I was told would be provided monthly) and when it malfunctioned it took a months worth of calls to the office, the local reps and the corporate office. Still no resolution. I shouldn't be surprised, when they set the appt for me to pick up the unit they set it at their Culver office. I showed up 15 minutes early and the office was closed. The rep was in the hallway and we had to do the appt right there. SUPER PROFESSIONAL!

At first i was treated very well, then I had a procedure and had a problem, Well no Dr would take…read moremy call, I was told to go to the ER.. I refused to do that due to over crowding and extended wait times. After another week with trying to get the Dr to talk to me if this is what should be happening and to expect this for the 2nd part of the procedure...Nothing Dr's don't have time to answer questions. My chart messages never answered, there last idea was to cancel the next procedure and schedule an appointment which was 4 weeks away, I suffered terribly, weeks of no answers. I made an appointment with my PCP and she said let's get a 2nd opinion. That's what I'm going to do.. This is a pain management office it is not acceptable to not call your patients back...I had all the faith in them. Horribly disappointed. Won't answer calls, when they do its after you have been on hold for 50 minutes..Look elsewhere for treatment
