It's warm and inviting, although it can get a little loud. There's a certain charm to the place that you don't find much anymore. Service was efficient, although not particularly friendly. The staff seemed pretty focused on getting the job done, without much in the way of greetings, smiles, or conversation. A little more warmth from the service team would go a long way, especially since the atmosphere itself is so inviting. Prices are on the high side, but I suppose that's to be expected in downtown DC, just a couple of blocks from the White House. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and got exactly what I came for. This boy was rude and had no manners. Claimed I wasn't 21 because I didn't look like it. I'm 23. He looked at me like I was stupid and started insulting me. I walked out empty handed when usually I walk out with more than I came for. This is the kind of service that makes me not want to come ever again, and I'm greatly considering doing just that. Unless the owner is there do not go in it's not worth the harassment. I would not have this person working for me and driving my customers away while I'm not there.
