After approximately three months of consistent cleaning, a pink residue began appearing along my baseboards. The staining consists of splatter and wipe marks consistent with a mop brushing against the surface. This discoloration was not present before their services began. When I first inquired about the issue, Brittany immediately became defensive and stated that none of the products they use are pink, but said she would follow up with her employees. A week passed with no response. After I followed up again--clarifying that we had not cleaned the floors between their visits and that the staining must be a chemical reaction--she agreed to inspect it in person. During that visit, she acknowledged that the residue was clearly pink and said she would run tests to attempt to remove or recreate it. These tests were conducted at night while I was not present. The next day, I received a message stating they had "concluded" they were not responsible because they could neither remove nor recreate the staining. When I asked for the location of the test spots, she refused to disclose that information. She stated they only use two products to clean the salon; however, my security footage shows multiple products being brought into the space. When I requested her correct CCB number--since the one provided was expired and registered to an individual located four hours away--she stated that the number "changes" and that it goes through BOLI. BOLI pertains to labor law compliance, not business/liability insurance. When I clarified that BOLI is not a CCB registration and requested the name of her insurance carrier, she refused to provide it and stated she would only respond further through legal channels. It's clear she's misrepresenting her licensing and insurance status and is unwilling to cooperate in resolving the damage to my property.

So Jackie came to the house to assess the first initial deep clean, discuss my needs, my concerns, answer my questions. And I had to get a feel for what she was, how she was, who she was, and what kind of deal was taking place. I'm a weirdo, I fully admit this. I don't like strangers in my home, I don't like socializing in public. THIS IS MY SANCTUARY. And truth be told I'm a stage 5 klinger. Once you have me as a client I may or may not be quite something to deal with. I know high maintenance when I see it [and I'm it..no shame in my game]. When I found this service on Yelp, they were one of two narrowed down, and quite frankly I just liked what they had to say, so they got the bid, pure and simple. AND when I asked her about her staff [because I was worried about turnover in todays economy and the service industry] she was a little taken aback. BUT she defended her staff and TRULY likes her staff, and her retention rate was great, she mentioned. Okay, I will take her on her word. In comes the first deep clean..here we go. She warned me it was a FULL day.. and it was. When I tell you there were no less than 10 people in this house top and bottom floors, I'm not joking. I watched them like bees in a hive. I've owned rental properties throughout the Midwest, I've retained MANY move in, move out and continual cleaning services. But I have never seen what they did. None of them spoke a word. Yet in tandem, did things I never even thought to do. There was no weird odor, no smell, no chit chat, no laughing no talking no nonsense. This group was HERE TO DO A JOB. I sat here, in my chair, in AWE and watched as [what I call kids..all in their 20's and 30's] worked like a successful unit. Here is the truth-I was exhausted. It almost brought tears to my eyes. Watching my home being transformed into something immaculate, my sanctuary becoming spotless. One by one cleaning and picking up as they went, by the end of an 8 hour day they were gone and I had not recognized my home by clock out time. What they did, SHE SAID THEY WOULD DO. No sitting on their phones, no loud music, no TEXTING, NO TALKING TO ONE ANOTHER WASTING TIME.. I was so appreciative you have no idea. I watched them ALL like hawks, but there was ZERO to watch for. It has been months now, and today was my cleaning day. You will not know they are there. You will not know they are gone. I am still in awe, I am STILL as grateful as ever and they will have a lifelong client as long as they are in business. This is a 100% factual based review. I have no skin in this game, I do not know them, but I will tell you this. THEY ARE A PHENOMENAL BUSINESS MODEL. And you would be foolish not to try to secure their services.
