I wouldn't be shocked it was precooked from several days ago which was tossed in with the noodles. I respectfully asked our server to take it back and she kept arguing with me. We landed up throwing the whole plate. They charged me for it despite them owning it wasn't at par to good quality standards. I wouldn't highly recommend that you visit this place at your risk. There are plenty of better options around the area that serve Nepali food right around corner that you might be off giving your to.
