My Go-to spot in the Gansevoort Market! I usually get the chicken or the Berkshire pork katsu curry at the mild heat level. I have a pretty average tolerance for spicy foods, so I think I was pretty happy with the amount of heat - its definitely not the kind of heat you'd regret (after your morning coffee :-o). The curry itself was, no joke, equivalent to instant "just drop the pouch into boiling water and serve over rice" variety that you find in grocery stores. As for the pork, I have SERIOUS doubts that it's actually Berkshire. Mediocre Japanese curry with a dried out cutlet is one thing, but for the price they're charging?
