The bun was toasted perfectly while the beef patty itself sang lovely taste notes in our mouths. I think these are charbroiled patties cause they had tasty bits of char. The seasoning was perfect on the meat and it was a nice plump size. They do not shy away from balsamic vinegar glaze and I'm here for it. I opted for the pasta salad instead of chips and it was a simple and clean recipe. Fresh tomatoes and grated cheese topped the salad. Super refreshing. My mother and law and I split the amazing roasted Brussel sprouts. Again, a nice balsamic glaze and cheese topped these as well. The place has a lovely charm and warmth to it.
