Eggs were fine, but no seasoning, the biscuit and gravy didn't taste good to me, my son's chicken tenders didn't taste fresh and again, lacked seasoning, the fruit cocktail is straight from a can, just bland, mediocre, dry food. My husband had to keep waiting for water refills because our waitress was busy talking to a customer having long conversations, but the worst part of the restaurant is the cleanliness. Fruit fly was crawling on my husband's toast. Dead bugs all over the windowsill, filthy blinds, they have a water leak in the women's bathroom and have towels wrapped around the pipes, just unappealing all around and I just don't care to return.

Their prices are so affordable; other restaurants should take notice. I always get Jeff's 8 oz steak and eggs, which you can't beat for only $9, and it includes potatoes and toast. Their menu is pretty extensive, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is nothing on the menu over $12. The food is delicious, featuring a lot of comfort foods. The service is great, quick, and friendly. Nothing special about ambiance, but hey, it is a diner. I would highly recommend Jeff's for any meal.

With plenty of seating indoors and out, we had no problems finding a table to accommodate our party of three. I ordered an iced vanilla cinnamon latte that was smooth and creamy, and to go with it the raspberry almond bow croissant. First off, the bow shape is adorable! Filled with raspberry - almond filling and dusted with powdered sugar, the croissants flaky outer layers and doughy inside was the perfect pair to my latte!

(4/5) I stopped by…read more30th St. Market and tried the Italian sandwich. The food was definitely the highlight of the visit. The sandwich was made with fresh bread, quality Italian meats and toppings, and had great flavor throughout. The ordering process was simple, and the food came out quickly with a buzzer system that lets you know when it's ready for pickup. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 has more to do with the dining experience than the food itself. The dining area felt pretty warm during my visit. I'm not sure if it was because of the heat outside or if the AC wasn't keeping up, but it was noticeable. There was also a fly flying around while I was eating. Another small issue was the water station. Water is self-serve, which is fine, but the cups provided are extremely small, so I found myself getting refills multiple times. The restaurant is also largely self-service, from picking up your food to cleaning up after yourself. That said, the sandwich itself was excellent. Prices are on the premium side, but honestly not out of line with what places like Subway or City Bites charge these days. The quality of the food was very good, and I'd definitely come back for another sandwich.

We had the Mushroom Reuben, the BLT, the open faced shrimp sandwich and the Avocado Linguini. Our appetizers were the salmon potato cakes and the milk bread with whipped ricotta and peach jam (if I remember correctly). The Salmon cakes were really dense with fish and tasted a bit like crab cakes but obviously made of Salmon. It came with a corn cream sauce. Good dish but I think the Japanese Milk Bread & Ricotta was the star. SO GOOD! It was all lightly sweet but the jam with ricotta and the added nuts + fruits - a top notch appetizer for sure. The Mushroom Reuben was good but I'm a meat lover so I did miss the meat but it was still hearty with tons of mushroom with the tanginess of the sauerkraut. Good vegan choice if that's what you prefer. My wife liked it cuz it was different. I enjoyed the BLT. Nice thick bread with all the fixings. Both dishes came with brocolli salad. The brocolli salad was good. It does have nuts in it though so don't let that catch you by surprise. The shrimp sandwich looked good and our friend ate it all so I'm going to give it a thumbs up. All the sandwiches came with some really flavorful bread and butter pickles! The linguine was a bit of a let down. It called for asparagus or something but they ran out of the veggie so our friend basically just paid for pasta and edamame. I personally don't think it was worth it and it was lacking in salt. Overall, this place was good. Portions are good (not huge but enough). Service was quick and friendly. They have a lot of vegan options so if you are vegan, this place is a gem.

I ordered the meatball pasta and overall it was ok. The portion was excellent, but the sauce was kind of blah and didn't really have flavor to it. The meatballs were kind of dry as well and could use some seasoning as well. Overall I would for sure come back here and try other options, everything looked very good. I had better luck with the salad. It's gorgeous!!! I did not order mine with cheese or croutons (had to save the calories somewhere lol). I'm not a big iceberg lettuce because of the lack of nutritional value, but I get the buffalo chicken salad, that might be preferred. The salad was yummy. The chicken came on top and it was cold so I had to warm it up. It was surprisingly quite tasty. I added pickles to mine at home and the ranch tasted like hidden valley. Otherwise yummy.
