Called them and the lady, Michelle, explained the process and broke down how everything works. She was very knowledgeable and I was comfortable getting a loan that I can pay back without going into debt. The next time I need a loan I'm hitting up this spot. Thanks to Michelle I was able to get a new tire, oil change and treat myself to a nice meal at some place called BBs.

Her name (the manager) is LILLY btw. She's the BIG one that works there. You can't miss her. Anyways, when I picked up the phone and said hello, she asked me how I was doing and I was doing like 3 things at one time and accidentally responded by saying "hello" again. She laughed at me and said "okayyy" like I'm dumb. I was very offended. And when I brought it up she just cut me off and says "ok" like she was gonna hang up on me and didn't care. SO rude! I was actually gonna go to these guys again but now I'll take my biz elsewhere.

This branch of FCCU is located on Louetta less than 1/2 mile from Hwy. 249. I went by last weekend…read morebecause FCCU offers paper shredding services every 2-3 months at different branches. Last weekend it was here. I rolled up and gave the friendly employees in the parking lot my stuff who promptly shredded it. I then went inside to do a little banking business. I was pleased that this branch still has tellers that you can walk up to and interact with directly. So many of their other branches require you to speak to a teller over a telephone line and video screen which I don't like. The interior of the branch looked nice. I give a 4 due to them still having real tellers here.

Everything with this bank is a hassle. EVERYTHING. Latest was them not sending out a replacement…read moredebit card when it expired, so called, and got the 7-10 business days, but asked to be expedited. They ignored that request and when it didn't show, they sent another, also not expedited - and it never showed. 6 phone calls to try to get it resolved, and they offer to expedite for a fee. They won't work to solve the problem in an urgent manner and when asked to speak to a higher authority - denied. I get the "oh well... " we will put another one in the mail. The app is horrible. The service stinks. There is too much competition to put up with this so will be moving our business elsewhere ASAP - probably to a national bank though we wanted to keep our business to a local institution.
