My husband upgraded my wedding band and engagement ring 6 years ago for me and this was the store we used then. Here, 6 years later, they are still just as wonderful. I have been in several times over the past few days because I have been considering upgrading once again. I can't sing enough high praises for the young man, Thomas, who has been helping me and also for a couple of other female employees in the store (I wish I could recall their names) who have given great advice. I will be back home in FL at the end of next week and because of this they knew they were not going to get a sale from me. Even still, they treated me like a very valued customer. I do wish I could give them my business, but it will take a couple of weeks for the rings to come in and I'll be back in FL by then. But thanks to their help and advice, I now know exactly what I want to do when I get back home and I know how much it is going to cost me. Too bad every Kay Jeweler isn't as wonderful as this one. If you're in the Jackson area, definitely make the drive to this location - you won't regret it!
