The eggs had a film of water mixed with egg at the bottom of the pan. Nothing really looked great, and nothing was truly warm. The coffee machine was broken. No one seemed happy about that. I guess we hit it on a bad day. There is a soft drink station with 2 liter bottles and a tiny bucket of ice cubes. Needless to say, the 3 ice cubes melted right away. Lol! However, it did cool off the Coke Zero. I'll give it that. I felt like I was in a different time dimension (England in the 1980s). It's what you'd expect from a pub, but not a premium lounge. Yep, Primeclass needs some work. Other than that, I found the Zurich Airport to be quite efficient. It's the lounge that needs to step it up to make it an even better experience.
