One of the most awesome things they have is a $5 play all day game library where you can try as many games as you want that they have available on that shelf. It's a great way for friends, family, and new acquaintances to get together and have fun. I love that all the LGS in the area are pretty supportive of one another too. It's a great community to be a part of and watching small businesses grow along side one another.

My son who has a learning disability and emotionally impaired left 15 minutes after starting a game here from being harassed by one of the long time players here . I don't recommend anyone playing or shopping here. Especially after seeing how the owner is. He needs psychological help. Especially running a shop for kids. My son started walking home and this place is in a really rough neighborhood while carrying a couple thousand dollars of Pokemon collection in his backpack. The staff replied: "We will have the boxes available." Based on that confirmation, I made the trip. When I arrived, I was told their shipment was still being unpacked, so I waited in the area. After everything was sorted, I was informed that NIKKE wasn't part of the shipment at all -- not delayed, not street-dated, simply not included, which directly contradicted the message they sent me earlier. I understand shipments can be incomplete. The issue was being told the product would be available during the event period and only finding out the opposite after waiting around. I dreaded coming here because the last time I was with a friend at a card show (it was at a mall),…read moreit was 2 of the most boring hours of my life and all he did was browse and bought a few Magic the Gathering cards. But yesterday, I went to Pandemonium w/ my husband and 2 sons. We went over to the Pokémon section, and I was amazed. First of all, I couldn't believe my older son, who's 8, totally held his own and knew what he was talking about asking to look at cards from different types of sets and versions of different values, etc. My youngest son, who's 6, was doing pretty well himself. But the thing that impressed me the most is that, the Pokémon guru, Trevor, did not talk down to my kids and try to scam them out of money. I don't know if it's because my husband and I were standing there, but all I saw were very professional transactions, ending with an official agreement-binding handshake. My husband and I were basically only there to show support towards their strong interest in something specific and would've only jumped in if things went completely sideways, but I got a feeling they would've been treated with the same respect if we weren't there, especially since my kids know what they're talking about. I'm so proud of them and so impressed with Trevor and the store in general that when my kids get older, I would be happy to drop them off for a couple of hours to battle with others while I go get some peace and quiet somewhere else.

They have everything from cars, model planes, warhammer and GUNPLA. I have never seen the neku bosou series and I'm so happy that I found them here. The store is owned by a super nice couple and I am all about supporting small businesses. The prices are also very competitive! Every thing that is marked regular price is 20% off and they have a monthly competition where they gift a buyer $50 if you bought at least $20 worth of stuff. At the time of this review, it was my second visit in 20 days and I still came out with a huge haul (see pic). They are super active on their Facebook page always taking pictures of their latest arrivals. They also hold things for you at your request so that's how I came out with my next series of cats! Since I am an early holiday shopper, I scored a Five Nights at Freddy's mini pop figure advent calendar in their sale area. Now I am not quite sure if it was the best price, but I do love to get most of the gifts in advanced. This store has a nice area for groups who game and even a flyer for those who want to sign up to learn how to play games like D & D and join groups. There were some active groups on the day we visited enjoying playing. They have some fun video games and chance game machines scattered throughout the store which adds a fun vibe. They also have a bubble tea place connected to the store which adds to the charm. The tea place seemed crowded. They also have signs that let customers know they matched pop figure prices to the official pricing guide for those who also like that product. The people who work here were super friendly and talkative. They let me know all about the horror manga novels that were on display and asked us plenty of times if we needed anything. I am sure we will visit again soon.

So, we waited and popped into Opal's new location - which is very spacious - loads of games, tables, and even a private game room for group game sessions.
