Neither of us had ever been, so when we opened an account we were given $25 free play. Yes please! It was our only gambling experience while in Vegas and we both had a blast. We were playing a game for a few then switched to a new game several times in a few hours. This worked well for me as I left with $71 ($40 investment). We also grabbed dinner as they had a food court with several options. This was our last night in town and we were not trying to break the bank. We split a ceasar wrap for $17. Not bad. If you've never been to Resort World, I highly recommend going for your $25 free play!

When you scan the QR code in your room it takes you to their website which says "we don't offer room service like a good Vegas hotel but here is a link to grubhub!" Thanks Hilton! You're the best! Additionally the room has no microwave and the driver decided to have two other orders to delivery after picking up my food. Result? Completely cold food. I mean not a hint of warmth. All for $36 for a fast food sandwich and fries. Yum! I couldn't even heat it back up. Resorts world? No. Check out FontaineBleau.

Good morning ARMY! Wow, Vegas' temps are brutal this week. Summer started early…read more You may recall back in 2022 the Bellagio choreographed their fountains to BTS songs. At night we lined up along the balustrade and watched the show. It was so much fun seeing so many people show up. Bellagio is one of my favorite, centralized hotels on the strip. Lots of great photo ops around this Italian-inspired property. Water elements are prominent. Take note of Fiori di Como. Its a beautiful art piece in the main lobby. I love the vibrancy and colors of the glass flowers. It sets the tone of the of hotel: Elegance, grandness, and beauty. Fun fact, the artist is from WA state :) As you walk further into the hotel you'll get to see the Conservatory and Botanical Garden. It's free admission. The floral theme is detailed, creative, and enchanting. I didnt hear anything about the resort hosting/participating in any kind of any BTS fountain show this year so I guess Borahaegas 2022 at the Bellagio was just one of those "you had to be there" moments. However, the resort is a still nice place to walk around and escape from the heat plus they have clean bathrooms. They also have a free tram that connects to other hotels on the strip if you find yourself tired from walking. Stay hydrated and be safe out there in these extreme temperatures!

First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

The care and concern for the environment was evident immediately. One thing I especially appreciated was walking into a room that was already the perfect temperature - no blasting air conditioning or overpowering heat, just comfortable and welcoming. The room itself was gorgeous, from the wallpaper to the crown molding. The bed was fabulous, the sheets were crisp, and I got an excellent night's sleep. The view was lovely, and the bathroom was very well lit with some of the best water pressure Ive ever experienced - which I always appreciate in a hotel. Overall, an excellent stay and a property that truly feels elevated and intentional in its design and comfort. My only suggestion for improvement would be curtains that go all the way to the floor for a more complete blackout experience.

The room felt much smaller, and the layout was awkward - the bed was facing the closet instead of the TV like shown in the advertised photos. It honestly felt like a downgrade compared to what was advertised during booking. When I requested a room change, I had to wait almost an hour. On top of that, after checking in, I had to call three separate times for luggage assistance, and it took over 2 hours for the bellman to finally bring our luggage to the room. For a luxury hotel that markets itself as a premium experience, this level of service was extremely disappointing. The property itself is beautiful and modern, and the food hall was good, but the room mismatch and poor service really affected the overall experience. I expected much better communication, organization, and hospitality from a hotel at this level.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable and very quiet which I was concerned about with it being Fremont street. There's so many good food options here as well. We also got a daybed at stadium swim which was fantastic. The food menu at the pool is very good. I do wish I could've gotten the lobster corn dogs but they only allow you to buy them in platters. My number one complaint is that there is absolutely no shade. This is Vegas and it gets insanely hot and the sun is crazy intense. In order to actually sat here most of the day, shade is absolutely necessary. We were only able to stay for like 2 hours because of the intense sun.

Then I was given a hard time because the reservation was originally under my wife's name. She was unable to make the trip with me in the end because our babysitter was late, and instead of trying to help, the staff told me I had to deal with the booking company myself. Even after I provided them with a new reservation under my own name, they still made me wait another hour because their system supposedly hadn't updated yet. After a 7-hour drive, they basically left me sitting in the lobby with no real assistance or effort to help resolve the situation. To make things worse, I later received an email confirming I could have a late checkout until 1 PM, but they deactivated my room key at 11 AM, which prevented me from getting back into the room to pack my belongings. In the end, they also charged me for late checkout after specifically telling me they would not charge me. Overall, this was the worst service I've experienced in Las Vegas, and I visit Vegas about four times a year. We decided to try a new hotel this time, but I definitely will not return and would not recommend this place to any friends or family.

Restaurants where dining credits can be used for takeout change all the time. Silverton restaurants including Twin Creeks, Mi Casa and Su Casa and Mermaid Bar qualify for dine in only. Today I had 2, $15 dining credits, one could be used for takeout at WuHu only, the other for takeout at WuHu or Sundance Grill. WuHu usually has a long line to order and in person is the only option. I'm a believer in offering options for using dining credit to make it easier for everyone to actually use it. Usually the credit is available for 48 to 72 hours after printing at a kiosk. Other monthly casino promotions include weekly gifts and drawings. Silverton has been pretty unique (tho not alone) in offering branded gifts. Lately I've received a Silverton branded travel mug, T shirt, tote bags and hats. I share it as often as I keep it. Their restaurant variety is impressive and includes Starbucks. Food and beverage inconsistency is a big reason for my 3 star rating.

Let's go in after some panning around our schedules. They have so much fun here with lots of food and drink choices . Food eateries that you have not been introducing too. They have two Vesta coffee places here. One in the front and the other in the main food court. Lots of good options for food. Yu or Me Sushi, how about that name? And a custom custard place. The heat of Vegas is coming . Let's stay cool . Are you looking to stay off the strip and for a few days they give discounts when you book extra days in a row. They offer natural lighting from the outdoors for the casino. The parking is free here and it's not clustered with all sorts of Las Vegas traffic. It's safer than the strip too. Close to all sorts of things to do and see! It's probably more locals focused and offers around two hundred rooms. This hotel still has that new smell, with fresh paint type of air. The gambling is on point . The sports book is all open ready for your bets. It's unique too comes connected to the George Restaurant and its features indoor and outdoor seating . Wow! And it's not even busy . Again they have a bar called Drink with indoor and outdoor seating too . The prices are lower than the ridiculous ones that's on the strip. Come out and see what's happening with a little slower part of Vegas . Play some table games or try your luck at something other digital game. The black jack tables are low at a ten dollar minimum. Remember to stay here too the hotel rooms are new and truly lovely! What's not to love that new Casino Smells here at the Durango Casino.

When I am paying $$$ for a luxury hotel stay, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a Keurig or Nespresso machine in the room to provide basic coffee and tea. I'm sure it has to do with funneling money into concessions by forcing guests to get coffee at one of the merchants downstairs. This is really my only gripe. So with that out of the way... Check-in was very easy. My room was ready about 45 minutes before check-in. Staff at the front desk were kind and efficient. I had a Sphere view room on the 26th floor. Very pleased with the view! I probably wouldn't spring for Sphere view a second time but it was nice to have for my first stay there. I appreciated the extra safety measure of having to "card in" to go to the elevator to the rooms. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. The room is more like a studio apartment with no wall or door to divide between sleeping and living space. The bed was comfortable. Two large TV's - one in the common/living space and one in the sleeping area. The bathroom was large, clean, and had plenty of towels. Appreciated the seated vanity. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great but this seems to be normal for pretty much all hotels. They seem to have good soundproofing because not once did I hear any neighbors, no people noises from the hallway, and no doors to other rooms closing loudly. The hotel is huge. Initially it feels overwhelming but you quickly figure out how to get around. Lots of helpful signage. Casino is spacious, clean, and very well ventilated. People were smoking but I didn't smell it. Games are unsurprisingly tight. There is a massive amount of dining options. I had several outstanding meals. I heard a lot about how expensive Vegas is but coming from the Bay Area I felt like the dining prices were about the same, if not less in some instances. Pro tip: There's a Walgreens just outside the hotel where you can get water and other sundries for much less than inside the hotel. The mall was more of a touristy thing. Aside from Louis Vuitton, I didn't see anything that compelled me to want to shop. I did like the feeling of being "outdoors". I appreciated that pretty much everything you want or need is within the Venetian. Unless you have some outside attraction to go to, you can literally stay within the hotel and be satisfied and entertained. Leaving was so simple. Check-out is available online. There's a queue with endless taxis to take you wherever you want to go. As expensive as this hotel can be, I would be hard pressed to stay somewhere else while in Vegas.

The whole place is beautiful, dramatic, and unapologetically extra. The ceilings, canals, bridges, storefronts, and general "am I shopping or accidentally in a Renaissance fever dream?" atmosphere make it way more than just a place to wander around. It is retail with a costume budget. We did not stay at the hotel, just walked through the mall, but honestly, the mall alone is worth seeing. It is clean, elegant, and full of that classic Vegas commitment to making you forget what time it is, where you parked, and whether you actually needed anything from the stores in the first place. The people watching is also elite. You get luxury shoppers, confused tourists, overdressed couples, and at least one person walking like they just discovered marble floors for the first time.

This review is for their Casino only…read more My husband and I are Vegas locals and were longtime patrons of Ellis Island, for about 7 years, until yesterday. We encountered a supervisor that was very rude and condescending. We requested help over a game, and it was his attitude, not his answer, that has deterred us from ever playing at or recommending Ellis to anyone. We were playing their new table game, Heads Up Hold Em (a variation of Ultimate Texas Hold Em). This is a game in which you play poker against the dealer only. Something important about this variation is that their Blind Payout has a Bad Beat Pay out, included. I have only ever seen this payout as a separate side bet in other casinos. This was the second time ever in 9 months that I had played this variation. Long story short, during a hand, the community board was K K 3 K K. I folded my hand of "2, 4". In a normal game of Ultimate Holdem, you would never play "2, 4". The dealer ended up having a 7, so while I would have lost, in this variation of poker I would have won money back for their "Bad Beat" Blind payout. We requested for a Supervisor to come and help us get my hand and bet back. This is a normal thing I have witnessed requested, and done myself in many casinos (Caesars, MGM, Stations, Tropical, all downtown). In every situation, the Supervisor aka pit boss, was always accommodating in allowing the patron back their hand and bets. The first supervisor did not understand that I folded a hand in which I would have won the "Bad Beat" Blind payout. It would have paid $250. She was accommodating nonetheless, and offered to give me a push. We then requested for another supervisor to come. Brian came, heard us, took awhile to understand, then told us "No". He was very rude and very unprofessional. Not because he told us no, but his demeanor in saying no was unprofessional. His attitude from the start was a very condescending "sucks to be you" attitude. Had he simply responded with an apology, stating that this Casino had rules that do not allow for patrons to get their hand back after a mistake, we would have accepted that. We were not drinking. We were not rude. We were not belligerent. We were patrons of 7 years that previously loved this place.
