Terrible experience . They ruined a special infinity living room ceiling !! Two Spanish women who didn't speak English without my consent mopped my architectural ceiling with water leaving mop marks throughout ! The rest of my condo was not cleaned professionally either . Refrigerator was still dirty , cabinets weren't cleaned thoroughly , etc . Although they refunded my cleaning charge I'm left with a beautiful ceiling that was ruined . The owner/manager hung up on me twice with misinformation and bad facts. He was rude and would not listen to the facts. The scheduler changed the pricing from original price. They gave me a date and I made additional plans based on the date they gave me. They are very clear that if you should cancel there would be fees charged. However, if they should inconvenience you there is no penalty for them. I was clear up front that they would need 2 teams scheduled initially and they told me that one team would suffice. They are rude and not reliable. Any professional service company that hangs up the phone as you are talking can not be trusted. These people are AMAZING! In 2 hours, they cleaned a 1600 sq ft home (3/2) and made it move in ready. I had a death in the family and had to move out suddenly. We heard good things about this service. Norma came to our house and gave us an estimate of 2 to 2 1/2 hours for first service. As soon as 2 people came to clean our house and before even seeing what our house was like told us they would need many more hours to do the job. After 3 1/2 hours they still were not even close to finishing. At this point they started to rush to clean the kitchen. My kfan was broken and the kitchen was not finished being cleaned. The two people sent to clean did not work as a team. One person cleaned and I am not sure what the other person did. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. The people who came to clean the house were nice but did a terrible job. They didnt even do a surface cleaning. I explained to the lady when I made the appointment that this was a deep clean in preparation to my wife's baby shower the next morning. She said they will do a great job and if they need to run long it would be $80/hour extra. I agreed and said I just needed everything cleaned well. I returned home from work to find my pregnant wife crying and cleaning up after the maids. This was supposed to be a present to make her life eaiser. All the molly maids did was make things worse. I should have just stayed home from work and did it myself. Then when I called to let them know what had happened all they offered was to come reclean (not useful as my pregnant wife had already done it) or offer a $30 credit toward a future vist. I will never waste my hard earned money on this joke of a company again. To add insult to injury the office person hung up on my twice and then tried to call me out as a man. What a joke of a company and terrible customer service. There are many other alternatives in residential cleaning I suggest you find anyone else. read more

Do not work here this place is unprofessional you can't talk to anyone here or ask any questions about your pay .. they do not pay you right , these people add the $50 dollar bonus to make it seem like they pay you right! ... my paystub is completely wrong I dont like how It still say we get paid nine dollars an hour when I don't get paid hourly! No more .. & when you go talk to Mr Ricardo about it he wants to give you a attitude & sometimes ignore you .. they charge me for some uniform pants and I asked Mr Ricardo " I never got these uniforms " can you explain to me about it " and he respond back with an attitude and said "I'll give you the money back ! He never explain to me about it , instead he wants to catch an attitude and raise his voice at me.. I'm been putting up with so many thing with them .. everyone that works here are UNPROFESSIONAL! You can't talk to anyone here because they will get mad at you and catch an attitude ... Pay stubs are never right and never shows how many hours you make I only see's commission when we don't even sell ! we clean houses all the hours we make of hard work should show in our paystub's .. the company has come up with a pretty good scam working at Molly maid there's times where I couldn't even come home at a decent time I won't come home till like 7 8 o'clock at night and my paycheck will still be 315 a week mr. Ricardo is so rude that he'll talk to his wife any type away in front of us like I said this JOB ! is unprofessional ! And they don't let you know things on time .. I always had to ask , and that's when they tell you things in the last minute, like cleaning houses, or the uniform pants that were rented they never told me the pants were rented. once we done with all the work they expect us to work harder for a little bit of money .. I worked for Saturday and on the third house I had a bad stomach ache from food poisoning and caught a ammonia I got really sick and they kept telling me to finish , they didn't even ask if I was OK I had to go the hospital that day and get some healing when I came back on Monday Mr. Ricardo & Lisa was mad at me like if he didn't believe me or if I force myself to be sick this is nonsense on top of that he said that he wasn't going to pay me for the three houses I clean that Saturday.. Arrived promptly, dressed neatly. Were efficient enough but not great. Cleaned spill in oven but neglected to clean oven bar handle, never touched the door of fridge which should always be cleaned, used their somewhat dingy vacuum when I said to use my in house vacuum. Wanted to use wimpy teeny swifter mop which is a waste of money and to environment......gave them my big mop. made bed nicely but when I asked that the dishes be dried I was met with a somewhat horrified "what ? me?? you want me to dry the dishes?? Yes, I DO after paying $210!!! left cleaning items on counters but hey...the house is clean enough till next week. read more

I have had Molly Maids since 2001, first for my Townhouse on the beach and now in my home in Plantation. I have always found them to be kind, courteous and always helpful if I have a extra chore that has needed to be done, they take care of it. My homes have always been consistently clean and fresh when I come home. I would highly recommend them for anyone who just doesn't have time to clean but loves a clean home. read more

Molly Maids did not do anything we had asked them to do. We took photos of the results of what they didn't do to back us up in our disputing the charges. We had agreed that our new house (with no furniture or belongings in it yet) would be cleaned by two girls for two hours, focusing on doorways, cabinets, fridge and bathroom areas as we are getting all new flooring and painting. When they were done they called and said that there were three girls not two who worked. We got to the house and were so disappointed that now we had to make time to do this ourselves, which was what we were avoiding due to time restraints with work and helping to look after a very ill relative. On disputing the charges and seeing the photos Molly Maid said they apologise and they would be happy to refund $40. Leaving us with a $200 payment for their having lunch (and leaving crumbs) in the kitchen we have not used ourselves yet! I would never recommend their service. Poor work, poor communication, bad customer service. I will happily mail the photos to anyone who cares to ask for them. read more
