I've been going here for seven years and am very pleased with my doctor. There's no hassle setting an appointment, as they have multiple offices that the doctors work from. Also the response time from the PA's regarding issues and technicalities are quick as well.

My fiancé got an email that he had an appointment at 8:30am this morning. He has been going to BGA for years. When he checked in, the self check in system didn't recognize him, & he went to the front desk where he was told he didn't have an appointment. The system didn't even recognize him as a patient. Once he produced the email, then he was told that another email was supposed to have gone out to cancel his appointment. He didn't get this email, or any kind of call or communications letting him know his appointment was canceled. He had to take off work to attend this appointment. My advice if you use this office is to call & double check to see if you even have an appointment because they do not have good systems in place to let you know an appointment is canceled & your time will be wasted!
