We hired them during Covid for rats that had gotten into our crawl space. We had great service for the first year or two, but then it was a gradual irritation on their end every time we called about a box that wasnt filled with bait or seeing rats. I am loyal but the last time we called, they were so abrupt and unpleasant after 5+ years that we cancelled our service and went with a new one. I wish they would have listened to our concerns and came up with solutions. We would have paid for additional service if there was a solution. instead, we paid to have our space cleaned and sealed and traps filled (mostly) and still had rats out in the open. I would have sent this feedback directly to Banish, as I don't want to hurt a local business, but they were so unpleasant on the phone and in person picking up the boxes that Im posting here.
