If I could give them 6 stars I would!! I was in SLC for work but had a free evening to do a little exploring and this was by far my favorite experience of the trip, if not of all my trips ever. The landscape is unbelievable, abundant wildlife to admire, Nik my tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and just as thrilled to experience the island as I was. They provided transportation to and from my hotel that was less expensive than Uber or Lyft. You won't be disappointed with the experience! Just finished up a wonderful tour of Antelope Island. If you've never ridden an E-Bike before, trust me it's the way to go! You get some exercise but aren't exhausted. The bike gives you a really nice push so that 30mi is a breeze. The owners of the tour company are really nice and super helpful when it comes to helping you navigate from the city out to the island. This tour was great b/c you get to see an unspoiled part of the country as well as actual free range buffalo - just don't be an idiot and get too close. Pro tip: if you're staying in downtown SLC, take the train from the North Temple station to Clearfield station. It'll only cost you $4.50 instead of a $50 uber. You'll then need to get across the causeway and cross into the state park, which is $10/vehicle. read more

So happy we stopped here. Pops and I were in SLC to drive at Utah Motorsports Campus and decided to take an afternoon trip to Antelope Island. Saw the bike shack and gave it a try. Friggin' AWESOME! Some details... 1. Tice runs the place and gave us a full rundown of the bikes, the area, where to go, and the routes we can take. Being our first time here, that was very helpful. 2. The bikes were fantastic. First time on an e-bike and didn't know if it would be enough assist on some of the hills. We got the larger bikes and, I tell ya, they have enough power. You can adjust the assist if you want to pedal more/less and the readout on the display tells you all the details you need (battery, speed, etc.). It felt like cheating - if you needed some assist, just dial it up and any hill becomes flat or downhill. Battery was plenty for a few hours. We covered probably 30+ miles and I still had about a 1/2 charge. 3. The area is truly spectacular. Riding the bike on the island is a completely different perspective compared to a car. You really see the scope of the area and how majestic the scenery is. I felt bad for the cars that passed us as the bike makes it so much better. If you're heading to Antelope Island, definitely stop in and chat with Tice and rent one of his bikes. He's got a few to choose from at different sizes for any rider. WE booked our Antelope I stand bike tour for the evening we arrive in Salt Lake. When we originally booked our tour we were told the tour would leave at 6:00, but we received a subsequent email that told us it was for 7:30. We arrived promptly at 7:30, and the young man who was there had everything put away and was getting ready to head home. Adam was kind enough to pull the bikes out, but told us we could only go for an hour because we were late. I showed him the email and he apologized, and offered us another ride the next night. We explained to him that we were only in town for one night, but that we would contact the owner the following day. We have now tried 4 TIMES TO REACH ANTELOPE ISLAND TOURS TO DISCUSS A PARTIAL REFUND, BUT NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO US! We are extremely disappointed because the short ride we had was fun, but business practices are awful. read more

We took the Sunset tour with Zach and this was the highlight of our Utah trip. Even with my family of 6 with children ranging from 3 - 14, we were all able to enjoy the tour together. I ordered a rear bike rack from them and their site said it would ship in a week or two. I received an email a couple of days later on 8/9 saying it would ship in the next two weeks. Then I received an email a week later saying it would ship the end of September. I was frustrated but didn't say anything. A week later I received an email asking me how I liked my rack. I was annoyed and emailed them saying I think I might have lost my place in order, because they pushed my shipping date back and now they're asking me how I liked my rack. They replied unprofessionally saying "Hello Brian, we would love to cancel your order for you if you would like, but if you do, you will go to the back of the line just so you know we are waiting though." I didn't see that email until the following day, and when I did I figured I've waited 3 weeks already and didn't want to lose my place in order. A day after that, I received a refund email. When I replied and asked them why they refunded me when I never asked for it, I got no reply." 99 out of 100 businesses would have apologized for their miscommunication. They said "We'd love to cancel your order." I will never do business with this place again, and as they've already shown, they don't care. Terrible customer service with a bitter baby attitude. Go elsewhere and don't deal with these children. read more

Last weekend I found myself hiking on Antelope Island without a way back to the mainland. I stopped into Antelope E-Bikes to ask if it was safe to hike the causeway on foot, since I also wouldn't be able to return an e-bike, so I couldn't rent one. Jamie was there and offered to give me a ride, gave me a bottle of water and a cute sticker, and reassured me that the bike lane on the causeway made it very safe for me to walk if I chose to do so. She was so friendly and informative! If I come back this way I would definitely rent an e-bike from her store. This is the funnest thing to do on the island, period. We did it with a youth group with varying bike experience and they all had a blast. Pay the 10$ fee per car to get "in" or park your cars at the lot right before the kiosk and cram into one car and drive the 7 mile road to the island. Pedal assist- a city bike or Fatty. Sometimes driving a car is too fast and furious, so take it slow and enjoy the great outdoors on bike. You don't have to have too much talent except stay upright on the bikes and rubber side down. No children bikes yet, just adult bikes. 11 paved road miles to the farm (one way) but you see BISON on the left everywhere, stop and take some photos! Car respect your bike space. Super friendly owners Tice and Jamie Child, they possess local knowledge about the bison, antelope appearance times, and sunsets are spectacular. Bring bug repellent and sun screen, or wear clothes so the flies do not bite through clothes. Some cold drink selection in a mini fridge, candy, snacks for purchase. My girlfriend and I rented e-bikes here as part of our day adventure on Antelope Island State Park. Tyce was very friendly and helpful. We rented 2 e-bikes and a pair of binoculars. The e-bikes were a really fun way to get around and enjoy beautiful views of the island! They were really easy to use, and we were able to hit speeds of up to 25 miles per hour. Today was my first experience with ebikes. It was absolutely the most fun and I will definitely do it again. We had 2 groups of educators from around the country, with varying levels of cycling expertise, and the owners made sure we all felt comfortable. They stopped at significant spots to tell us about the geology, flora and fauna. They answered all our questions and worked hard to keep us safe. Do this! What an incredible way to view the Antelope Island bison! On our way out to the Island, we found Antelope E-Bike Company at the marina. Tice is friendly and helpful, and had all the equipment we needed for this fun, amazing adventure (helmets are included with the bike rental).
